Horrible company they promise the world and then when if comes down to it they don't do what they say. I ordered some printing from them and they were supposed to have it done two months ago and still nothing!!!!!

I have been in real estate development, product manufacturing and other industries. Kristal graphics deserves ten stars, not just five stars. They are ten out of ten, they go out of there way and are very fairly priced. If you need any help with your brand, trust Kristal graphics.I have contacted more than 5 major companies like Kristal Graphics. They got me the best prices by far, and the highest quality for our branding. They are kind, and they are very diligent.

I had a last minute program I had to print out and they came through with same day service. Excellent customer service and quality of work. Very fair pricing. Thank you for helping me format it. I will certainly use them again for all my printing needs.

Spoke to Murtzar (owner) over the phone a few times in the morning. He is very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I forwarded the four PDF files that I wanted to print (flyers). I got quote for six other Printing companies from yelp and his quote was the lowest so I moved forward. Went to his office in the evening to see the proof. He guaranteed the 2000 flyers will be ready the next day and surely it was ready and he went out of his way to deliver to me. DEFINITELY WILL RETURN IF I NEED ANTHING ELSE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND KRISTAL GRAPHICS.

We have our invoices/service forms printed there. We also added a post-it style pad and have not received it and they have ignored 3 email requests for resolution and their office phone has rung for 25 times and they aren't answering. Spare yourself and move on!
