Terrible staff, 0 knowledge of parts and verbally abusive. I will always make the trek to the north Hollywood branch as they are much better! DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Horrible customer service. Gave me a defective product that argued about no refunds or returns. Also charged Me 100% more than what the cost of the cable was. I believe the workers name was David. On bestbuy/Amazon/Walmart/home depot the cost of the wire is $50 MAX and I was charged over $100 just becuase I expressed how urgently I needed the wire and how no one store had it in stock. As a business owner myself I'm appalled at the audacity of how rude one can be to a customer and take advantage of me based solely on the fact that I am a young woman.
