I love this store! There are so few like it left in this Amazon world we live in, and their prices are so reasonable! They've been around forever, and I was so grateful they survived COVID. They have a little bit of everything and provide services like knife and scissor sharpening and they making keys as well - you can't even get keys made at Home Depot anymore - in this age of service-less stores, they now have a machine and you have to do it yourself - which may or may not work. The people at Knife Trader are so fair and honest that when I brought my cuticle scissors in for sharpening, they told me they didn't even need it! They could easily have just done it and charged me and I never would have known the difference. It's a blessing when you get to deal with good, kind, honest people. I highly recommend this neighborhood gem!

This place is Awesome !!!! They have a million knifes to choose from!!!! Kim, mike, mike jr and Maggie were really nice people to do business with!!!! Mike Sr and mike Jr are really Great guys they really know there stuff !!!! Maggie and Kim had all the right Answers to all my questions !!!! This store is not only like a museum!!! It's a landmark in this great city of CANOGA PARK !!! This store has everything and If they don't Mike and his son will order for ya!!!! Making the customer happy !is really there top priority !!! You guys rock and I'll definitely be telling all my friends and family that CANOGA PARK knife trader is really a great place to get knives,personal protection gear,boots, army navy collectibles..... They also do some of the best sharpening I've ever seen!!! There ain't nothing this place don't do !!!! Thanks again you guys it was a pleasant shopping experience!!!! Me and my Boy boxxy give them 2 thumbs and a paw up?????

If I could get this place zero stars I would. The lady that works there doesn't understand basic laws such as stolen valor. She followed me out of the store pointed a gun at me. The place is a joke. Full a clowns.

Amateurs. Dropped off a couple knives to get sharpened and I get a call 5min later after I left saying, "we can't sharpen this kind of steel" then when I get there they start telling me something about "their machine doesn't want to do it"If you're looking to get your knives sharpened, look elsewhere.

the people were not rude.the price for sharpening my knives was low.the edges are rough, i think they used a common grinder not a whetstonei'll look around for another place that will make the edges of my knives quite sharp and not rip through things

First time going into the shop. It’s a family ran business.went in to sharpen all of my kitchen knifes. Maybe 8-10 of them. They did it while I waited for them. The owner was really nice even offered me some water. Def recommend it. Their prices are more than fair $1/inch sharpened. I’d definitely go back and def recommend this to anyone else.
