So disappointed. Don’t come here if you’re doing anything regular because they will give you the worst treatment as soon as they hear you didn’t pick gel. Finished a pedicure in less than 15min because they did a half job. On top of bad painting. I wasn’t even going to tip but I felt bad, and when I said to charge herself 3$ she went ahead and gave herself more. Insane.Service: Pedicure

I will never go back to this place again. I had the worst service. 1st when I first got there they put me in a chair that foot messager didn’t work but had one that work and once I mentioned it to them they then decide to move me to one that’s working. 2nd the lady that was doing a girl pedicure next to me pick up my shoes and tried to put them on her, the girl kept saying those aren’t my shoes and she still proceeded to put them on her. 3rd once they moved me to the other chair I sat my shoes on the side where the sink was so I began to grab them but couldn’t reach them that’s when the lady who was doing my feet grab them and threw my shoes on the other side which was very rube. 4th they kept asking me what color I wanted which I told the lady when I first came in twice that I wanted #6 I felt like they were talking about me in their language because they kept staring at me and laughing which made me feel uncomfortable. 5th the lady that was doing my nails stopped and somebody else started doing them. I never got them treatment before. I will not be attending back they were rude and disrespectful. I felt like they wasn’t treating the other woman that way but maybe because I’m a black girl. I’m quite and respectful and didn’t deserve that service. And they had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to leave a tip which I normally do at every place I go. Love this place Cindy did an amazing job on my toes. She took her time and massage was amazing. Only one little thing was very dissatisfied with my manicure the lady that I got did not do very good cleaning and i feel that I got overcharged for something that was not well done. I would have given a 5 but the manicure is bugging me. And they overcharged me for the mani not well done.

Kim's Nails is accessible, has ample parking space and gets your nails done as quick as possible. It's also easy to get an appointment. The owner is always there to assist her staff. The price is reasonable, although a bit higher than their competitors. I come to this nail place once every month.

The ladies that did my nails were really sweet, BUT the design I wanted looked NOTHING like what I got kinda disappointed... I had to keep telling her to fix my nails on certain parts and I still don't like them. My gel pedicure was decent Atleast. Probably won't be returning if u can't do a simple design Update: my nail has been bleeding and I just realized I got cut too SMH

I've been going to Kim's for about a year now and live this place. I'm always greeted with a smile and they take very good care of their customers. My nails have never looked better, I get dips and everyone loves them! They last weeks!

1st time here with my sister and mom; we all got manicures. Absolutely loved the tlc care that we got. I will be coming back next week for pedicures.

Didn't really have a great experience here. The only reason I decided to try this place out was because it was 3 minutes away from my house. I came in yesterday at 6:30 for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and was quickly seated on a pedicure chair. The lady who was going to do my toes asked me which pedicure I wanted and wanted to upsell and have me pay for the $55 deluxe pedicure. I told her just the basic. Because I understand Vietnamese fluently, she got upset that I chose just the basic. Then the lady who was going to do my manicure kept wanting to switch and do my pedicure instead. Turns out she didn't want to do my manicure because she was afraid to paint my nails with the color I had chosen because it's a difficult color to paint. So she ended up doing my pedicure. During the pedicure, she cut my toe with the cuticle cutter when she turned around to pay attention to something else and that honestly hurt so bad. Then while she was buffing my toes, midway she used the same buffer to buff her own nails!!! The lady who did my manicure was great until she wasn't. The shape of my nails came out fine, but when it came to coloring my nails, she did a sloppy job. I could still see streaks and my gel nails are still pretty sticky. I wouldn't come back here to get my nails done. I honestly should've just taken the drive and gone back to my old nail salon in Northridge.

Wow, it's only been a couple days and the nail polish is now coming off I will never be going to this place again worst pedicure
