They have friendly sales people at this location. Clean inside. Have great selection and great quality products. Their moisturizers are hydrating without being oily or heavy.

I ordered some products via phone and had them shipped to me as online and my local Kiehls was out. First, the package was sent a few days after phone order. Then it was rerouted to my local UPS store but no note. I called this store and after two days they said where the package was. no receipt came in the box and the charge was high. now a month later I get an online receipt and it shows they charged me for 1 product that I didn't ordered and wasn't shipped. I called and they said UPS stole the product but the package wasn't opened. And they said I ordered it and I didn't. now they have to call the district manager to get me a refund. What a mess. Go to your local store or online as this is my 3rd conversion about this order and it's just a waste of time .

I popped in yesterday to inquire about an "all purpose" day/night moisturizer and was met by a kind & knowledgeable representative Bartan. I left the store with all my questions answered and samples to try. Can't wait to try them!

Love this store! I came in this weekend, I had never been here before and my experience was amazing! Rebecca was extremely helpful and so kind she helped me pick out a product and I absolutely love it! She also recommended us a few samples that she thought we would like! She was an absolute delight, and made the experience so much better! I hope she gets recognized she is so great!! Although I didn't interact with the young man at the front door he was extremely welcoming and kind! Great customer service! I will be returning for sure!!

Each time I walk in to this store I am always greeted by helpful and knowledgeable staff. I am very happy that this is the closest location to my house but with that being said if it were further I would drive to deal with this location. Prior to COVID I noticed they took measures to guarantee the cleanliness of this location and recently I went in to purchase sunscreen and they are definitely taking a lot of precautions, which I am grateful for!

Love Kiehls they have it All great lotions, sunscreen, cleansers and masks. Each product is made with quality ingredients and the sales people are very well informed on each product. I love my SPF 30 fave moisturizer!

Update 1/20/20: Customer Service called and will be sending my Mom a replacement. Thank you Kiehls. The Vitamin C Serum has helped me keep a youthful face. All my high school friends are amazed how young I look. So I had to buy it for my Mom too! This store is amazing and I have be a loyal customer here. I have been a loyal customer to Kiehls for many years...then after all my loyalty I get treated badly by customer service at corporate when a product is defective that I ordered online: I bought this Christmas Gift Kit for my 80 year old mother in the nursing home. While on my visit (9 hours away) I gave her this as part of her Christmas gift. Since she is unable to apply it to her own face, I opened the box and when I tried to pump the vitamin C Serum, nothing came out. The pump is defective so I contacted customer service. I finally heard back when I was back in Florida. I was then told I need to send the item back in the original package for a replacement. I explained that my mother is paralyzed and not able to do anything, let alone pack the product and send back. I will not be back to see her for 4 weeks. Needless to say, I will never buy Kiehls again. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. Really bad customer service. Lowest rating I can possibly give.
