A one star is for the customer service here. I don't know if the workers here are commission base. I assume so. My fiance had bought me two pair of shoes from here as a wedding gift. We came back to return one and change the size of one because he had gotten them for me as a surprise and the shoes didn't fit right. They are more meant for narrow feet which is fine. Most shoes are meant for more narrow feet. Here is my issue. We were able to return one and I wanted to try on a different size for the second pair. The one my fiance bought was tight but the new one I tried one (a half size up) was too big. I expressed to the worker I did not want to get these shoes either. But she would not relent. She tried so much to convince me that I should get the smaller ones and they would stretch. The shoes I got were professional flats, btw. And when I walk they make almost a farting sound. She also said THIS WOULD GO AWAY. Now I should have followed my gut feeling and said no and some say it could be my fault for giving in. These are $1000 shoes and I think it's natural to want these shoes to be the quality of their price. So I relented and kept the shoes. Fast forward a year later it has been a year. I wear these shoes around the house with shoes covers to "stretch" them out and they have not and still make the air farting nose. My fiance is attempting to stretch them out now with his feet. Moral of the story: listen to your gut. Unsure if they make commission which is why they are so pushy to get you to buy their shoes. Don't let them convince you otherwise! Dont let them push you into buying things! No means no!

Worst customer service ever my mom bought shoes from here and she found something else she wanted a couple days later she went to return it and the lady claimed she had worn it and they found a pebble in the shoe which was not true because those shoes had not come out the box once. She then proceeded to yell at my mom telling her to get out the store and refused to give her receipt back. They opened the door her and another guy and humiliated her infront of everybody in the mall telling her to leave. A couple days later i went with my mom and explained the situation to another employee and she checked the shoes and confirmed they were never worn and she found the receipt that they refused to give back to us and returned it. The lady and the guy were both there they both refused to give there names and the lady was on her phone the whole time we were there not answering any questions we asked her . Overall horrible you guys need to check the people you hire!

The lady who “can’t give her name for harassment reasons” which I guess she tells everyone over the intercom at the Westfield topanga location was very unpleasant. This was at 4:56pm on 3/3/2023. Both of the machines on the top floor weren’t working and said “check out and pay at the exit.” Which made me literally 7 seconds late as I pulled up to exit. I explained the situation to avoid paying $4 since it was seconds later and because of broken machines and this lady was so rude and said the only way they can help me is to write a citation for my refusal to pay which I wasn’t stating I was doing. I was just hoping she would be understanding and helpful. She said she was the supervisor and even hung up on me saying other people might be calling in. She didn’t believe me when I said the machines were out which is really odd. Why would you not believe that? Go look at the machines if you don’t believe me. She was awful. Truly the rudest person for $4. So unpleasant for being 7 seconds late to the machine as I waited behind another car.

Jared kept offering to stretch the shoe to make it fit better, which I kept ignoring. I bought the shoes, and when I went home they felt more uncomfortable than when I tried it on in the store.I went to return them, he insisted I tried on other pairs in the wrong size (because my actual size was out of stock), told me I originally bought the wrong size, went to stretch out a shoe for me to try on, and then told me I couldn’t return them because he “stretched the shoe.” I still ended up returning them in the end. All very bizarre and not the customer service I expect at this price point. Shopping for these at the dept stores from now on, if at all.

I had the greatest experience at Jimmy Choo. I called a day in advance to see if my size was available, which it was. Adriana Villalazo is AMAZING. She put my shoes on hold for me. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable on the shoes I was purchasing. She was very patient with me. I wanted to try a few sizes to make sure the fit was perfect and she even took pictures so I would be able to see the difference in the shoe sizes. She went well beyond her customer care. I will definitely be returning. Can't wait for my wedding day, to show my new purchase! Thank you Adrianna

When you walk into ANY store, you expect to be greeted nicely and you hope an associate will be nice to you. Well, don't count on it at this store! This person named Jared acted like a total j**** First of all, he doesn't know what a cross-body purse is and tried to sell me something so big that it resembled a luggage case, claiming it has a long strap so it's all good. And then he just walked away. Didn't try to help more, nothing. Just walked away. What kind of training do Jimmy Choo associates get? I don't think these people know where they are working at. And when my husband and I were trying to explain to Jared why we were not happy with his attitude, he said "it's so weird!" Dude. Seriously? Unbelievable. We will NEVER set foot in that store again. One star is too much for this place.

Joel was the most patient and helpful sales associate I've ever had in a running store! Each selection he brought out was better than the last. I feel confident I might the best choice and can't wait to get out there running.

Great Experience and Good Customer Service. I've always liked Jimmy Choo trends. Particularly, their wedges, some handbags and definitely their sunglasses. I had an hour to shop around for specific items I wanted and the sales associates here helped me out quick. I was well taken care of and able to finish up the rest of my shopping at other stores. Fortunately, I'm not an indecisive person so when I see something I like, I don't waste anyone's time, including my own. Definitely recommend this location for Choo ! haha!
