“Just purchased some Jewelery for my wife’s birthday and Kim had an amazing customer service attitude throughout the entire transaction as she was helping me out and show me different options. I also came from Kevin‘s jewelers in the same mall which I was about to pay almost double for the same exact jewelry I purchased at Zales. Reason I left Kevin‘s jewelers is because they told me their jewelry was final sale and they didn’t even give me 24 hours to let my wife decide if she likes the jewelry or not giving her the opportunity to exchange. So I left Kevin‘s jewelers and went straight to Zales where Kim was More than amazing with me and their company and store policies is something that you feel safe walking into the store and out of the store with.”
“The best team of all Kevin Jewelers in SoCal is in Topanga Mall. The manager, Hammy Henderson is very pleasant, friendly, and accommodating! The team members, Melissa and Kathy are very lovely and delightful to talk to. They are all knowledgeable on their products, especially diamonds and gold rings. We’ll definitely be back on this location!”

“As someone who has shopped at Brighton since the '90s in multiple locations, I can say this Brighton is awesome like most. I was looking for something for my wife & sister here and had multiple people help and offer suggestions. Maybe the new manager has turned things around since the old reviews, but I seriously have never had an issue at this store. Angela and Taylor both found things that we ended up getting...they were both really nice and Stacy (manager) was awesome.Don't know wussup with reviews, but as of 2023 (post pandemic I'd guess), totally good!”
