5 stars for the clothes and 1 star for the service. I never seen anyone that slow. Slow and passive aggressive. The point is if you don't like the job, change it. Don't ruin someones business with unpleasant attitude.

The rating would have been much higher but I went on the website and noticed like everyone else instead of selling well made clothing for ALL kids they are now more concerned about their WOKENESS! They can now keep their clothes and their stirring the racial pot of tension!

their clothes are nice but they are RUDE and they lie. They overcharged for clothes that you can buy for half the price online and then they said to come back in the store for an adjustment which they would not honor. Carine is the worst and watch out for her biggest liar !!!!

This is a very cute little children's boutique in the heart of Janie and Jack. The employees there are great, always friendly and helpful. Of course it is not cheap, but for the location and the quality, it's a nice shopping experience and a great store to get special gifts. Highly recommend!

I must say, this store is a hidden gem. I came in looking for multiple gifts, and Karine and her fabulous staff not only helped me pick out just the right clothes, I ended up buying something for my 2 year old son. They also hand wrapped each one for that special presentation. For customer service that is second to none, go visit these ladies.

I am very disappointed by my experience at Janie and Jack. It was my first time walking in this store and now my last. My mother in law has been dying to buy my daughter some clothing from here so after we had dinner at Blaze Pizza we walked into the store around 8:45pm. We knew that the mall closes at at 9pm so we knew we were going to be spending a long time in the store. Around 8:50pm a customer walks out of the store and the store associate locks the door behind them. We asked her why she locked the door and she said it's because she doesn't want anymore customers walking in. We looked at our watches and said to ourselves that we still have 10 minutes, so why is she locking the door. The associate then told us that we have until 9pm to shop. We felt very uncomfortable and unlocked the door ourselves and left the store. Needless to say she locked the door right after we left and the store should still be open for five minutes.

Let me start this with saying I've shopped with Janie and jack for a while now but I've never felt more ignored and disrespected while shopping at this location. To start I walk in to the store and the the two lady's never once attempted to ask me if there's anything that I need help with our even welcoming me into the store. The employees (older Hispanic lady and and another blonde lady) just kept talking amongst each other like they didn't have any work todo or customers to help. And I'm sorry to have to explain the workers like that but like I said they never made an attempt to approach me. This being said let me begin with how the store looks appearance wise, first off everything is so disorganized that I didn't even know where to begin looking for Easter clothing, the mannequins were poorly displayed and I truly mean POORLY DISPLAYED. I don't know who management is at this location or if they even do have a manager but they really need to step it up back to when the other manager Was still working here. I understand they were going out of business but that doesn't mean they should ignore and treat customers like this.

In love with this store. They will not be closing! Hallelujah. Wish I had enough money to literally buy everything here everyday. I love buying gifts here because I feel like the parents of the birthday girl or boy always appreciate it because they know the store is so high and end. Veronica is so helpful. I will be coming here for many years to come.

This might be long but I had to share my traumatizing experience...Let me start by saying I've been shopping at Janie and Jacks for years and have always received amazing customer service and never had any problems until now. I had recently bought a dress for my daughter that was on sale and when I went home to try it on her, the dress was small so I had to return it. I went to the store with my mom and was greeted by the Assistant Manager Veronica who was helping another customer. While she was assisting the customer she also began to assist me with my return. She asked if anything was wrong with it and I simply told her the dress didn't fit my daughter (the tags were attached, dress was never worn and I had my receipt and only 3 days had passed from the time of purchase). When I reached in my bag to give her the receipt she looked at it and with an attitude replied "this is the wrong receipt" I told her "oh I reached for the wrong one let me find the correct receipt for you" while I was looking for the receipt she looked at the tag and said "I can't return this dress this is from 2015" I told her "yes the dress was on sale but I bought it only 3 days ago " she didn't even give me a chance to give her the correct receipt and began to make assumptions while rolling her eyes and being disrespectful. When I did give her the receipt she said "Anyways I'm not going to do this return for you, you need to leave my store" I'm not even exaggerating those were her exact words! I was dumbfounded! I didn't even know what to reply. I had done nothing to offend her in any shape or form and I told her that she is discriminating and the way she is treating me is wrong. That's when she turned to the customer next to me and asked "hey do you think I am discriminating" I don't even know why she would involve another customer into this to begin with! Then she said "if you don't' leave the store I will call security" I told her "please do!" When the security arrived he pulled me outside and I told him how rude and disrespectful I was being treated and she refused to assist me for no reason and asked me to leave the store! I have never in my 30 years of living ever been treated this way. The security went inside to speak with her separately and then came back out and said she will assist with your return because there is no valid excuse she was able to give as to why she was treating me the way she was. I went back inside the store and she did my return with no questions asked with the security guard standing next to me to make sure everything went smooth. I literally left the store traumatized and dumbfounded and couldn't believe what just happened! When I got home I called corporate to file a complaint and this was on 02/03, they told me the district manage will contact me in 7-10 days max and until this day I am waiting for a call back. I have called corporate several times to follow up with my claim up but all they tell me is "we sent the district manager an email and she will contact you there is not much we can do". I'm sharing my experience to warn others because I would hate for anyone else to be treated this way by Veronica. I am a mother of 2 and I'm so thankful my children were not with me at the time!

So I walk in there I was looking for tights , they didn't have any , the 2 ladies were just speaking within themselves and on their tablets and every question I had was just a cold one word answer . No thank you
