Solid shop with knowledgeable and communicative staff. I had a very niche request and they charged me fairly for it. Provided me with additional useful information I should’ve asked but didn’t. I am a parking brake user and the car was returned me with parking brake engaged. This shop clearly has a culture of attention to detail that is absolutely necessary for German cars. Highly recommend!

Had my brand new 2024 rs3 stolen from their lot just a month ago and was never recovered. Called the shop to try and get a refund for the mods they installed in my car but due to them not having the parts to return, no refund could be issued. Lost a lot of money throughout the entire process and amount of stress from the experience. Beware if you plan to leave your car at this shop. Overall Brad is very friendly and knowledgeable on what he is talking about.

I found Ingolstadt on Yelp and decided to come get my oil changed. I got a response quickly and got my estimate within a few hours! I can definitely tell these managers and staff are passionate about what they do. Kevin helped me at the desk and was very knowledgeable! Thank you Ingolstadt!

Ingolstadt West is the only place I would take both my wife's Q7 and my SQ5! Have been going here for the last 7 years and the service and work has always been excellent!!! The prices are more than fair and the Audi techs are super knowledgeable!!!Kevin was excellent and gave us an update on any future work that needed to be done.
