Worst place I have been in my life time. I was depressed after I left there & upset that I spent $ 120 on terrible service that none of the techs there could of fixed because they all are bad. I am only writing my review to save someone else from the mistake of going there.

I like coming to this nail salon coz they aways take me right away with no wait, and I always do walk in. I just think they have to have their employees learn more on how to do art on the nails and be more friendly.

I love Imagination Nails spa! Everytime I come in with a design idea they knock it out of the park! I always get gel x manicure and gel pedicure and the quality lasts for up to 4.5 weeks! Such a great place to unwind and get some self care!

Vera did mine and my daughter's nails. They are so cute. I come to her everytime I have a special event. She is so on point with the design, all we do is so her a picture and boom it's what we get. She is also very nice and has great customer service, which is a plus. Thank you Vera! Also can't forget the owner, I love that she always greets me by my name even when she hasn't seen me forever. Would definitely recommend imagination nails.

Nice, large salon. Walk-ins are welcome and fairly easy to accommodate. Service is friendly and good. Prices are reasonable.

This is the worst manicure I have ever had. When I said I wanted them shorter the lady took a huge amount off instead of a little at a time so there was no going back. I don’t have acrylic tips, just hard gel over my reals nails, so I would have had to cut them and start with fake tips again if I wanted to fix them. The shape is terrible, and so is the paint job. They got it all over my skin, and didn’t do my cuticles at all. My cuticles are worse than they were before the manicure. The lady was so fast it seemed like she didn’t care at all. I am so upset.

I've never given a review before for a nail salon. I started going to this salon most of this year. It was never great but doable until now. I had them done a few weeks ago and within a week they were splitting and breaking. I went again today and the technician refused to work on me till I spoke with the mgr. Unfortunately,,she lied to me and charged me way more than she said she would and used the excuse that the technician took over an hour. That's because she didn't know what she was doing !!! In addition the mgr prior to work started told me that the price was the same because the previous technician had made them so thin. Bottom line is this is a terrible shop and while there are a couple of good technicians I won't stand being lied to and cheating me. Sadly, they don't care and will screw you for money if you're not careful. Side note, I've been getting my mani pedi for over 35 years !!! I know how it's done and refuse to be taken advantage of. Forewarned is forearmed...... !!!
