When my car was having issues starting on Friday, AAA sent out two different people before sending Mario with ICN out. Both of the people before him were unable to assist. Mario quickly assessed the issue and provided helpful information, as well as getting my car towed safely. I was very grateful for his knowledge and kindness in a stressful situation!

Mario was superior, another company came the day before and did not gain access to my car. There was a battery issue that had the entire car locked up. Mario came and he was determined to get into the car. He went above and beyond the call of duty and was able to get into the car eventually crawling his way out through the trunk. BMW, battery was in the trunk. I would recommend his services any day of the week. Very nice, pleasant and does an astounding job!!

I called ICN Towing and spoke with Mario about needing help picking up my large Mac toolbox from my job and dropping it off at home. The challenges are that this beast of a box is completely filled with tools and I can’t help him move or push it because of an injury, so this may be a bit more challenging than usual for him. I mentioned approx what time the following morning I needed to have it picked up, he gave me a fair price for what I needed and the distance, and said it was not a problem to meet me at that time. He met me ON TIME the next morning, even though he was out late the night before, due to other calls he was running!Mario was able to get my toolbox loaded by himself, secured to his flatbed tow truck, transported back to my house, and safely back into my garage without any help from me (I unfortunately couldn’t help him in that moment anyway!). He is a super great guy, very friendly and helpful, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call Mario again if I ever need to tow anything on a flatbed! If you need the assistance of a flatbed tow truck then Mario is the guy you should call!!!Thank you Mario, you’re the best, dude!!!

They are not taking the pandemic seriously. Too many people moving in and through the place. Owner doesn't wear a mask and techs don't either. One guy behind the desk has on appropriate face cover. Very nice. Very professional, but can't make up for the risk everyone else imposes on the public. APPOINTMENTS, APPOINTMENTS, APPOINTMENTS! MASK!MASK! MASK when engaging with customers. The virus is deadly. Maybe no one shared that with this management team. Tell people the truth. It's better for business.

M&M Towing is legit. I highly recommended them and this is why... They were there for me when another towing service turned me down. They did everything they could despit it being tough job and difficult circumstances. They where supper friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They where willing to put forth the effort required to get my crippled truck out of a tough situation. Many thanks to these men. They would be my first pick next time.

During covid19 we got a flat helping a friend in a bad situation. AAA put us with M&M towing. They did send the incorrect truck at first (we needed a flatbed) but that always happens (it’s AAA not the tow service) so it did take abt 1.5 hours to get to us. The first driver also told us (after he arrived) he would NOT drive us home, granted we got a flat over 2 hours from home (120 mi roughly) so no one could just “pick us up” like they asked. Due to covid19 there was less drivers, longer waits, and almost zero drivers willing to take passengers home. But MARIO saved the day! He had the flat bed and a crew cab, he had a mask and so did we. It was so nice of him to assist when no other drivers would. He was very kind and told some fun stories. He got the truck on the bed in like minutes and drove us all the way home in a very timely manner even. Was never so happy with a driver as Mario. Said he’s been doin tows for some 30 years or so. If request him if you can!

This has got to be the best experience I've ever had with a tow company. My vehicles are not the easiest to tow. They are low. Mario the owner, personally came out early on a Sunday morning to help me. Most tow truck operators scrap my cars, Mario was able to get my vehicle up and down his truck with no damage. Didn't this was even possible. I will use them from now on. Thank you so much Mario for the amazing service

The driver was extremely rude over the phone and never showed up to tow my car. It was the worst service I have ever experienced with a towing company. I could not, in good faith, ever recommend them to anyone!
