    Very unprofessional they just don't care. My pay card has expired and have called several tyto get a new one but no one returns my calls. I will need to take a 2 hour bus ride to talk to someone and hopefully see someone. I have discontinued my participation in my study don't want to deal with anymore

    You can never ever get anyone on the damn phone when they owe you money.

    Very shady, unprofessional and unsafe. Also, as others have said here they do not pay for their trials correctly. This place needs to be shut down.
