Horrible customer service. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Was just on the phone to ask about the return policy and for help on an item and their response was like talking to a brick wall. After waiting on the line for about 20 minutes I was just told "I don't know" and was hung up on.

shawn the night manager is useless. he does not care about the customers. we are small business owners trying to make money off of home depot products. SHAWN DOESNT UNDERSTAND THE BASIC CONCEPT OF BUSINESS. CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. I spend well over 150K a year here. He needs to go back to manager school. Thanks again Shawn, you have been absolutely no help. Great job on wasting my time.

Amazing helpful people. They have a great outdoors section and great prices. Indoors is organized and clean. When I have a project I'm working on I buy extra materials because I'm just not sure... however returns are super easy with or without receipt. I spend too much Time and money here!

Home Depot Address : 21218 Roscoe Blvd.Canoga Park , Ca Date Happened : 4/13/2019 @ around 11:30 Am. ATTENTION : Filipino Workers at Hardware/ Paint Section To the Management: Kindly call the attention of 2 Filipino male workers at the Hardware/Paint Department who treated me so rude and who refused to help but instead insulted me.I asked for help but instead of assisting me to get a battery of my car's clicker ,they showed a very unpleasant attitude telling me that they are not responsible about "battery" unless I need my car clicker be painted.I got very upset which prompted me to report them to the Lady Manager.I am also a Filipino but what these 2 male workers was doing to me is not tolerable because any customer who needs assistance should be helped by any Store Workers and should be nice enough to help especially if the customer is asking for one.I am requesting the management to discipline these 2 "FILIPINO" workers to check on their employee handbook to go over the standard norms in dealing with customers. Thanks and I'm hoping that my next visit to this store will be smooth and pleasant.Thank You!

Store 0612 Roberto Lemus such a sweet and helpful man. I had gone to multiple Home Depots that day and no one helped me until I called store 0612 and Roberto helped me find exactly what I needed. He and his worker Gabriel were just amazing. I was buying pine plywood and they cut it to the sizes I want and they didn't give me any problems.

This has happened on multiple occasions... I showed the cashier my military ID to get the 10% discount (thank you). She said 'thank you', and handed it back to me. When I pulled out a credit card, she asked for an ID ( ! ) (Didn't you JUST look at it? So, I once again pull out my military ID (a government-issued picture ID), and she says 'do you have a 'real' ID? I guess being in the military is not real to her. Perhaps she should go overseas and get shot at. Unacceptable.

I can not speak badly enough about the experience we had from ordering flooring with Home Depot. From the start it was a disaster. After we paid flooring never submitted the order. They said they will call us in a few weeks to schedule install never happened. Called back "oh for some reason flooring never submitted your order" what in the actual... OK then they submitted it. We wait. Then the schedule install and installers show up but home depot never delivered the materials. We call them again. Each time by the way we have to call we are transferred to numerous people none of whom knows what's going on or how to help. Fml. OK finally a manager tells us he doesn't know what happened "it looks like flooring never submitted the order" AGAIN?! Lol how does that even happen... OK then we finally get the materials delivered. The truck backs up into our driveway and DAMAGES OUR DRIVEWAY. We call home depot about it and they say it's in the contract that they are not liable for any damages they make to properties. OK, now I'm pissed. This is a brand new house. We have to pay out of our own money to fix because this d*** sh#t driver doesn't know how to drive?! OK then guess what they won't install because the floor is creaking and they don't want to be liable for creaks lol. So we find another guy who will do it for cheaper (yay!) so we tel home depot just reimburse us the labor cost. They say they will and it will be processed in 2-3 days. Two weeks later they still didn't reimburse. My husband calls them up now and the manager said "oh it looks like they never submitted the refund" honestly I'm sitting here cursing so much. Like what happened to work ethic? People lost it now a days. I hope Home Depot fires all these people and pays people who can actually work. Because you all had one job. Press submit. Lol

I got away from shopping at Home Depot a few years ago... for some reason or another. Mostly it was the guys hanging around the gate and parking lot looking for work. Well the guys are still there but for some reason they aren't as annoying as they once were. This time the need was paint. I've generally got my paint from here. Behr products always gave me good service. I also always got good advice and service from the staff. My thanks and compliments to Manny...

It was great to walk in each aisle and have an employee be there to answer questions. There's so much there I can get lost for hours thinking of how I want to update different parts of the house and I am not even handy this would be a four star review if Freddy the manager had been more helpful when approached with an issue that needed resolving. Unfortunately he wasn't helpful at all and told me to contact corporate instead. But then the store located in Woodland Hills was helpful enough to resolve if for me. Disappointed it could not be resolved here at the location I prefer.

The service I got today is the reason why BRICK AND MORTAR stores are so important. I stopped an employee in a random aisle, Darius, and he not only went out of his way to solve my problem but he had a great attitude. He knew the Smart Home inventory and even showed us on our phone how to search for a product in their store and find out while aisle it's in! To top it off, I ordered three other smart home products yesterday, got free shipping and it arrived in one day (Saturday) instead of Monday! Customer service = brand loyalty hands down.

Wow worst Home Depot around here. Takes forever to get some help. Employees just don't care. They should find a new manager for this branch. Go to Lowe's instead.

The reason why Im writing this review is for a specific person. I was not the one asking the person working aka (David) for information about an item. A latino man that didnt speak full english was trying to explain to him what he was looking for. David was talking to him really rudely. If he couldnt understand the man he couldve just asked for a co worker to help but no. Instead he was rude about it talking to the man as if the man didnt know what he was talking about. And simply telling him no they didnt have the item when later on i asked a different person and they led me to the specific itwm the man was looking for. Bad service from that guy...
