No exchange or returns is the dumbest policy I have ever heard. Bought a jacket 5 days ago never wore it with tags attached I wanted to change for a different color, the manager was talking to me like I'm a criminal wanting an exchange. Never stepping foot in this company.

Shoutout to Travis! Great employee his customer service is truly top notch!! My air pods fell underneath a crevice that I wasn’t able to grab however, Travis went above and beyond to grab it for me with a smile on his face!!! Thank you so much you deserve a promotion or a raise, that was really kind of you!

Great place with great sales and prices affordable. But the lines were very long to pay. Also I bought two pairs of boots in the sale section but got charge $67 for one pair and $12 for the other so that was upsetting but I live too far to drive all the way back. It made me very mad though. I had spent over $450 on several pairs of pants and some shirts and so I assumed all was correct. Guess I should have known there would be a mistake and it just makes me sad.

Very clean, Upscale clothing store with good retail prices. Went in today to return an item that was too small. Kind, Professional Sales Associate working the register THIS Afternoon was very helpful! Great service by HER. You can find your sense of style at H & M!

Why do they hire people that don't like to deal with customers? Alizay was in the fitting room working and I asked her if I could hang my clothes while I wait for a fitting room. Not friendly at all she says "I am not responsible" Then a lady walks out and she rudely tells her "next time they need to be on the hanger" Time to pay: she came to switch with the guy that was at the register and had a customer in front of us. About 20 minutes later she was still trying to help them, someone comes to help her because she was having problems with a transaction. Three minutes later another lady comes down to help but instead of helping after seeing the long line and people frustrated she starts to converse with the customers at the register and starts petting their dog. OMG! So I asked "can one of you help us instead of patting the dog, there is 3 of you? Alizay starts to help me and rudely says "she is not petting the dog she is helping me" finished my transaction with an attitude and also my friends transaction. I am Not asking for a smile but at least not an attitude.

Love this branch since they offer home decors. Love the reasonable pricing and the organic modern style of items being sold. This location is big, however, wishing there is more space allocated for the decors since they are really lovely and cost-effective. Love the plates, kitchenware, pillow cases, decors and the like.

I like H&M as a whole however I am really dissatisfied and disappointed that I called customer service and they told me that they put aside a shirt I wanted and when I drove nearly an hour to pick it up they told me that it wasn’t reserved and in fact they didn’t even have it in stock. SMH!

I personally really like the chain and the clothes there always come out with a product or two. Elegant by Elegant at really good prices. A highly recommended place. There are special things there that I haven't found in any other store and again at a good price!!
And in general, the service was pleasant and kind, they directly directed me to where I needed when I arrived, the shopping was for my cousin's wedding and I found the clothes I needed...
There's a wide variety of pants in the drug store, pants of a wide variety of types.
In short, it's worth entering every branch you see!
