Not the best customer service! I am student and have been waiting over 2 weeks to get my 200 + deposit back. I was told to drop car off in another location and they never picked it up resulting in additional charges. Tried calling multiple times and no one picks up. Took 3 days to get ahold of someone.

Car was used by Heavy Smokers. I have allergies that activated since I’ve rented this car, even though I have sprayed Lysol to kill the order. They never answer their phone. When you call them it goes to international calls and you are asked to visit the site and talk to the individuals there.

It's a cool rental place, they have knew cars.
