A year ago I posted a review stating that two trees I bought there basically were bare roots stuck in substrate yesterday. I paid 69$ and 39$ respectively. Bare root trees go for a lot less. Yesterday the owners responded saying they would look into this to make sure it wont happen again. The lamest response of all! Dear owners, my damage after driving 35 miles there and back to get those 'potted trees' (as you claimed on our call before i drove to purchase them) is 108$. Please free to look into this, a check is welcome!

very bad costumer service, saw about 50 employees and no one cared to ask if I needed help, came in here looking for help for a big order, even went to main office and stood infron of desk for about 3-4mins and one attended me, and were about 3 employees right there, very bad place

I sent my son to pick up a tree and greenthumb loaded the tree right up on the pick's up bed. It is pure logic the tree was going to snap.... and it did. My son not having much experience in tree care he naturally thought the nursery knew how to properly load a tree. I called them asked how they would allow a tree to be loaded in a way that was surely a death sentence to the poor tree.... they said it was my responsibility even though they loaded the tree and should have some knowledge on how to load a tree....

Beautiful plants, great variety, lots to choose from. Covid-responsible and Beto was such a great help! Thank you, Beto...Even landscape pros can get lost if it is their first time there. Come with your plant list or, send it ahead. Soils, amendments and fertilizers also on hand. Looking forward to returning for my Valley jobs!

This WHOLESALE supplier business deserves 5 stars! We have been using them for our BUSINESS for over 10 years, always great quality and professional service. You have to be a LICENSED landscaper or contractor. Sad that they get bad reviews from the general public that are just non sense. Must have a contractor license to pot a tree. I didn't ask these guys for any advice. I knew exactly what tree I wanted, but when I asked for a price to purchase for a client, they declined me.

I went here to look at trees for my landscaping . The guy behind the register was so rude I could not believe it. He immediately said they don't offer services to talk about anything , and that I can just go look at things by myself but they do not talk about anything unless I brought my contractor with me . Wow how these people are in business is beyond me !!when we are the ones that pay the big bucks ! Disgusting customer service !!
