This has been the absolute worst company to deal with for a return. It has been extremely stressful to get a return label and a refund for an order that was canceled the same day it was placed. I continually get the run around and different answers each time. I also have to be the one to contact the company daily for a status. This has been a complete nightmare all month long. I have strongly expressed my frustration and disappointment in lack of communication, follow up and resolution. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

This company is a scam. I received flowers from this company without sender's name, and I have been trying to find the sender to thank them, and they have no record of who the sender was. How is that possible?

First, they got the address wrong but that may be that there website is impossible but I paid an extra $30 for overnight delivery and it never came. My friend left the hospital without ever getting flowers .

Flowers arrived damaged I emailed, called and left voice mails. Finally, I was sent a label to send back the damaged roses. I was told they had the most damaged flowers Valentine's Day 2024 due to delivery problems. The flowers were under warranty and would send me a new arrangement. I sent back the arrangement in the original box with the ribbon still attached through Fed Ex with their return label Instructions said to use original box but the box had already been destroyed Fed Ex measured and charged me for a box then put the black box with flowers into it I am now being told the flowers came back smashed and they will not send me a replacement. These flowers were the grand round and over $360. I have spoken to customer service and they said there was nothing they could do and would have a supervisor call me back. No call. Left two subsequent messages. So there is no warranty I have ordered from them before and never had damaged flowers This is very concerning because customer service has gone down and I wonder if the company is in trouble?
Do not order from them! There Are other companies that stand behind their product or have insurance when shipping

My husband ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day that didn’t arrive until over a week late. They told us they would be sending 2 dozen roses in place of the ones we ordered due to them being out of stock and a refund for the difference in price. I never received the two dozen roses nor a refund. Until suddenly the flowers I’m assuming once in stock arrived. With no compensation for the flowers not arriving on time or replacements that were promised a week prior. I understand they likely did not want to lose out on the price for the roses my husband originally ordered but they should not have offered a replacement and refund if not intended to follow through.

My third time ordering from them. Amazing quality, and SO beautiful. The smell is divine. It does fade after a couple of months, but it's just magical to look at :)

Don't ever buy from these people. They are running a racket. They will hold your order hostage until they deem it necessary because they want to make extra money on expedited shipping even thought their own website says they will ship the same day if ordered before noon PST. Holding my order a week because I won't be extorted for Valentine's Day is criminal. Don't give these criminals your money.

I wish I could this flower store a negative review. One Star is way to generous. I ordered an arrangement for a dear friend who has had a very tuff time. I thought hey flowers that can last years would be great. I ordered and pick a specific date for them to be delivered from their website. They were delivered a week earlier, OK Id accept that. They were left in the pouring rain so the delivery box was soaked. Once the recipient open the box the Glam Fluer box was pristine. Great right. Well not so great when she opened it the box was EMPTY!!! Yes empty not a flower or leaf in the box. Cant get InTouch with anyone. My girlfriend did speak to them and they could not do anything with out an order number. She was left with no choice but to contact me for it which she didn't want to do. How can a company send an empty box out. These arrangements are not cheap. Such a SCAM of a place. I should have read their reviews before ordering.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! My husband bought me an arrangement two years ago and it still looks as good as it did the day it arrived! I bought all of our daughters arrangements this year for Christmas and they forgot to include one of the boxes, customer service did an amazing job getting back with me and having a new arrangement shipped out overnight to ensure I had them all in time for Christmas! Great company to work with and the customer service is top notch.

I received my rose as a birthday gift. He paid $50 for express shipping in 2 days. A week after my birthday I finally received it. The rose is wilted and there is no smell at all. Very disappointed!

I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. If I could give zero stars I would. They are completely incompetent and have no customer service. Flowers were sent to my home instead of the recipient because of a glitch I have come to realize that happens if you click on the verification code for Shop Pay. It autofills the cells with your information and deletes whatever shipping information you put in the order. I did not realize the problem until I saw the final confirmation on Glam De Fleurs website. I immediately called Glam De Fleur to fix the problem and 4 days later I have not been able to get through via email or phone call. I have left messages and nothing. I did however got a computer generated email asking me to rate their customer service. Are you kidding me!!!!! Do not waste your money with this company they do not stand by their product and their customer service is non existent. Very upsetting when you're counting on the flowers to make someones day.

My husband gifted me these beautiful flowers on our anniversary at the end of September and it is November 2nd and they are still just as beautiful today as they were the first day they were delivered. So impressed that I had to share.

Expensive price for underwhelming flower quality!!!
The flowers were dull, withered and petals falling. Provided pics to customer service who were not helpful and dismissive of my concerns!

I ordered lavender and purposes and my mother received UGLY salmon and blue roses. Very dissatisfied. They offered me a 10% refund! What a joke
