this store has the most disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional staff. Today i went in and they were really rude and gave a lot of stares from the employees. I personally found it very mean and unprofessional coming from a successful business like this. the store looked great and clothes was nice, however the behavior and the vibe didn't inspire to purchase more items. further in the future it would be great to have more fitting rooms and more nicer staff.

First time shopping at this store! My daughter is 14 and happens to like their clothes. Upon walking in we was welcomed by an employee and offered help if needed. It is filled with hot trendy pieces at an affordable price point! The set up of this store and their merchandise is so in and very much branded by the seasons! The aesthetic and feel of this store is also reminiscent of the 90's style as well. Great inventory! I also had the pleasure of speaking with the Manager Santi! She was super friendly and we spoke for quite a while. I was able to get an in depth feel for this review as I stayed in the store for the better half of the hour. The employees work very well with each other. As customers came in the employees were very friendly and walking about the store seeing to it that customers were tended too;whether for a fitting room or being checked out at the register. These employees work very hard as they were also putting out new inventory as well. I highly recommend this store. You will love it!

Clothes here are getting worse in look and quality. Most of the items here you can buy less at Santee in Los Angeles. But the style for young folks is starting or been looking messy. Opinion.

Theft Warning* if you decide to shop here only pay in cash. The cashier "made a mistake" and charged me $231 for a $131 purchase. She was nice and assured me she would issue the refund. I have been back to the store 3 times, spoken with management, and given a customer service phone number, but have not received my $100 back and it has been 3 weeks. Shady employees work here who will steal from you with a smile and a fake apology

I would never give this store my money! The employees are very rude. They don't greet you when you come in and they just stand around while you're shopping, horrible customer service. I got up to the register, the worker not assisting anyone clearly saw me waiting to check out and blatantly ignored me but was quick to help a consumer who stepped in front of me in line. This is the worse shopping experience I've ever had. I wish I could give them no stars.

Absolute horrible experience. I came in to process a return that was made on a gift card, and instead of giving me store credit like I asked, they put the credit on the gift card that I no longer have access to. Basically cost me money that I can’t even get back. Left the store without my items and without my refund. Contacted customer support and all they can do is give me a 10% off coupon, what about all the money I lost?! Was a big fan of this store but will not be returning. Some messed up policies. And the employee who helped me, Mavelin, was completely incompetent and had no idea what she was doing.

I went to the counter to purchase some shirts and the cashier made a comment asking if I wanted to try them on after looking me up and down. I knew the clothes fit but having her scrutinize me then ask if I wanted to make sure made my heart drop. Absolutely terrible.
