So, I'm a Converse fanatic. I recently bought an all suede pair, special edition. I shopped online for a shoe protector spray, and left more confused than when I started. I went to this Foot Locker location, got a product suggestion and was out the door in five minutes. The staff was friendly and extremely attentive. Reasonable price points as well. Great experience, will be back.

The "Management" including the Regional/District manager Steve Nuard of this location could care less about taking accountability for their mistakes. I've purchased several shoes from this location. I bought the pair I wore to my baby shower from this location and purchased a pair for my son before he was even born. Typically the staff had been very helpful until I recently made an online purchase return in store. Before I even brought the shoe into the store I asked the "management" Cesar and Mercedes can I make a return from online that was purchased through Klarna. I was given the assurance that everything would be fine and be in my benefit by returning the shoes in store. I work in the same mall which made it convenient. Unfortunately Caesar and Mercedes don't have proper operational training as they ended up making this situation harder for me. They returned the refund to my debit card and they shouldn't have. I dealt with Klarna for 2 months trying to get this issue resolved. I contacted Footlocker customer service twice and kept getting a run around. I called them again just to be told they weren't aware of the return on the online order had been made and they weren't any help either. So if you're not familiar with klarna, they're a middle man. They pay the retailer, you pay klarna. Unfortunately because Cesar and Mercedes' don't know how to thoroughly do their jobs or even know how to stop and ask for help instead of appearing they know how to do their job I ended up paying $100 for a shoe I don't even have. All Cesar kept saying was "because we refunded you there's nothing we can do" in other words "we don't take responsibility for making mistakes" I wasn't offered any to make the situation right. Per communication and customer service, listening is key, I would've never made the return in store had I not been told everything would be fine. Having worked in retail for 16 years myself, and considering the climate and times we're all living in, I personally try to make life a lot easier for everyone. But here we are. Having to write this review because not everyone has the same sincere feelings about helping people as I do. I hope this helps a future customer not make the same regretful decision by listening to the "management" to help them resolve an issue they'll on make worse.

Came here yesterday and to buy a gift for my dad and the store literally has 2 employees with 15 customers , so I asked the guy there to check if they had these nmd's in a size 11 and he said yeah so if you had them why didn't you bring them ???? Then I waited 15 min before saying can you please bring them out im in a rush then out of no where the other employee (I saw her name on her name tag) "Estaphanie" said "we don't have it" in the rudest attitude ever, then I said so why'd he say you guys have it and I walked away saying wth. Then they began saying stuff under their breathe and just being rude. So I grabbed a diff pair and she said let me check if we have have it, and I said you guys do this is a size 11. So she grabs it and just keeps being rude !!! Like girl bye. And I asked for a gift receipt and she had the audacity to say "you couldn't have asked earlier" all under her breathe thinking I can't hear. Anyways screw this FL.

Oscar and Marissa were just amazing today. They helped me get everything I needed and then some. This is what good service looks like for sure. I will be back again because of them. The store was clean and easy to navigate and had an amazing selection. Thanks for the good start of my birthday guys!

So even though we ordered some nmds and got the left shoe a 10 and the right a size 9 1/2... the employee Angel did a great job helping us out and figuring it out! Definitely a unconvinced but thanks for the customer service!!

On 1/10/2021 I had the worst experience at this store to make matters worse its a " KIds foot locker." I am a disabled vet and was shopping with my 5 year old son. Two young females , one by the name of " iliwen, " was assisting the other. I asked for a pair of shoes and they had me waiting for 10 minutes. While I was waiting two new customers walked into the store and asked for shoes and within 2 minutes they got their pair of shoes. I then asked them what was going on with my shoes and they said they didn't have my sons size. They had me waiting for ten minutes and instead of telling me they didn't have the size they continued to help customers that were walking in . To make matters worse I told them they had bad customer service and one of the other customers in which whom they were helping was trying to challenge me to a fight in front of his kids and in front of my son. I ignored that person and instead of the clerk calling security she was egging him on and allowed him to continue his immature behavior. I believe she knew him and was upset because I voiced that they had bad customer service. These store clerks need training in customer service and need to be evaluated and need to leave their poor attitudes at home. This is a kids store and kids and their families should feel welcomed to shop and not treat people the way they treated me. Never will I shop at kids foot locker.

Been on the look out for some Nike Blazers and was lucky to find them here. The store is organized and clean, but the workers were inattentive to the customers. Myself and others had to approach workers who were standing around and talking to each-other to receive help. They had what I needed though!

Foot locker your system sucks! My daughter bought a pair of white nike huarache 2 weeks ago but she changed her mind, so on Saturday she decided to go back an exchange them for pair of vans. The only problem was the she lost the receipt An then the person who charged her put her email wrong so she only got $39.99 of store credit which is more than 50% Less of what she pay for. When she wasn't even asking for the money back she was only trying to get store credit to get a different shoes. She came back all sad that day because it took her 2 months to have enough money to buy those shoes but because the color she decided not to keep them. I didn't like to see her like that so today I when back to the store with new vans an the receipt an asked them the cancel that transaction an I wanted to keep both pair of shoes. This time I have a receipt of the transaction but nope if I want the other shoes I have to pay full price. It not about the money not about the shoes is the way you do business Or the People who works there doesn't want to do a little bit more of what they get pay for. Finis line gave me full store credit a year after I got the shoes with no receipt
