I went there to go sell my cards they said they were to busy to check our cards so they said leave them there come back around 5 days to pick them up all unsleaved bad condition where mint before and charged us 20 dollars and never told us about that

Helpful staff.You can tell them a specific card and they will look for it in their system and see if they have it or not.Definitely coming here again.

Employees seem friendly enough but if you're looking for board games go somewhere else. Despite tons of pictures showing board games for sale here, they don't actually sell any board games.

Went there once we talk about them buying some card/trade brought my cards i told what I had they wanted them and they just ignored me when I came back .

A hidden gem for Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, and other collectibles. Great staff using a modernized inventory system for fast transactions. Great staff too!

Stopped in for a few pains ended up leaving with some new super small brushes and fantastically priced dice they have a pretty large portion of the store dedicated to people coming and hanging out staff were extremely friendly and helpful and every single person seemed like they were having a fun time first time ever going to a gaming shop and can definitely recommend ! Hopefully I can be back soon

I'm truly not sure how this place has so many positive reviews. If you're planning on going to a tournament here, I'd advise against it. You will waste your time and gas for no reason. Try A Hidden Fortress in Simi Valley, the owner and staff are FAR superior to this establishment

Honestly i have nothing but positive things to say about this store, Dae and Chris are two of the best store owners and their staff is always super active in the community and even join in sometimes to fill in spots for matches, their great. i hope they are extremely successful in the coming years. They have Star Wars(starting march 1st), MTG, Pokemon, Flesh and Blood, and One Piece matches every week, and they keep their prices decent especially during the holidays (specifically their amazing black friday deals!)

First, this is a cool store and they have good stuff. My biggest problem is they have an inaccurate or outdated website/Facebook page. I've driven my kid to this store twice and both times the event on their sites was not happening at all or not appropriate for kids. It's a 35 minute drive each way. Both times, the person working there explained what happened and both times it just didn't make sense. Either way, I'm just not coming back at this point. A shame, I really went out of my way to support a small independent shop.
