Natalia in the women's shoe section is so phenomenal. I am a bridesmaid in a wedding and I needed my shoes approved by the bride. I could wear only nude or gold heels. She must've searched the entire department, brought me EVERY option, spoke to the bride on FaceTime about specifications. She had the most positive attitude and not once complained, and she would've been warranted to complain! She is an amazing employee, amazing at customer service, and she helped me with the impossible. She found a show for me that met all the criteria, was comfortable, and looked great on my feet. THANK YOU NATALIA!! You made a really painful shopping experience as pleasurable as possible. You are lucky to have her!!!

Awful customer service and awful selection of mediocre goods. I can buy most of the overpriced junk they sell for a fraction of the price online. Never again will i shop at macys.

My husband and I went to the fitting rooms to get my son clothes for his new school, and one of the workers there started fat shaming my son. Workers please do better. Do not fat shame children. It has a bad impact on them, and no one wants to hear it. Stop fat shaming people.

Went to the men's section looking for shoes for my husband. Had help by a worker / cashier named Shoshone B. she was the rudest and worst customer service I ever had in Macys . She made you feel like if you were bothering her when you would ask her a question . She does not belong in the customer service field. Macy's should not hire someone like that and should be really carful on who they hire. BE AWARE OF HER !

Visited on Monday morning and was appalled at the filthy environment in the women's department. Clothing was scattered all over the floors or piled atop the racks, tables were piled up high with no organization and only one person was around for help. The women's lingerie section was much more presentable, however. Never returning here for clothing. Unsanitary.

Not sure why they have such a bad rating. I came in today and bought a shirt I really liked. I did second guess it because of the price. They were marked 20% off, and the lady at the front took off another 20. I'm pretty stoked about that. I feel they had a great selection and im just happy with the visit

The shoe department here is a mess. There's ONE person to service the entire women's shoes department, they no longer measure your foot for you- you have to stand in one line to get the shoes to try on, another to buy them. The lines are so long and it's infuriating. An incredibly badly managed department I will never come back.

the store is an absolute pig sty. the employees don't care and the clothes are just thrown on the floor all over the store. the employees laugh and say it's not their job and just text on their phone. half the time their website doesn't work either. Not a fan like i used to be. Clean up your store and hire employees that care.

The casher asked me to get my social security for more discount 25% and member ship only and she applied for credit card from City bank without my knowledge $300 . she charged my purchase $28 on the card not my bank card without telling me now I got the bank charged $ 271 interest and my credit score now 602 instead of 742 she is lair she will tell the card for member ship and discount never gave them your social security number will stole you at this branch now I can not rent apartment because my credit score very low

I had the most amazing experience on my visit to the fragrance department on 12/20/23. Allan helped me with my decision on what perfume to purchase for my mom. Allan was very attentive to detail. He offered to wrap my gist as well. I was so pleased with his exceptional customer service that I purchased a cologne for my husband as well. I also spoke to Edwin in the same department and gave Allan accolades. Thank you Allen at Macy's Topanga Fragrance Department!

Shit service terrible products no customer service anywhere to be found. It's on its way to being the new Mervyns of its day. I use to love this store now I'm moving to Nordstroms because everything is better there.
