Initially had trouble finding the store as it's mainly an office building with a small store & online shop. The guy who runs it was very nice and knowledgeable. He fit my son to the proper boot. We will order now online w/ confidence now that he was sized to the skate he likes.

I am a roller skater and have been skating for 2 years. Since I have been skating this store has supplied me with everything and more. You can browse and order through the online website easily. And the office in Canoga park will take your call personally. I have also been able to visit on site and the staff there are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They even have a section for fitting so you can try on skates and other products before you buy. I love these guys and the service they provide

We spent an additional $60 to have skates we ordered from the Figure Skating Store sent 2nd Day Air. On 12/19/22, we received an email that the skates were to be shipped on 12/20/22 - 3 days after we placed the order! Apparently, the company had no intention of shipping the product 2nd Day Air, despite the additional money we paid for that service. We requested that FigureSkatingStore.com refund the extra shipping cost or we would refuse the delivery. Their response? "We emailed you letting you know it was not going to get shipped that same day. If you refuse it you will not get refunded for shipping." So, no acknowledgment that this was their problem that they created due to poor business practices. A business cannot contract to sent a product 2nd Day Air, accept money for that service, and then send the product whenever they feel like it. That is fraud.

We just stopped by to get a pair of ice-skates for my daughter. The staff was among the rudest people I’ve ever stumbled upon in a business settings. They just had an overall discourteous and unpleasant demeanor and were annoyed that we literally walked in. Every question was a burden to them. Do not go there. Order online or do whatever you have to do to avoid this place. Why even keep the doors open if you treat customers this way?

Great customer service. I had to cancel an order through them (my own fault) and they were super quick to respond and let me know that the order was cancelled--within an hour and a half! I appreciate their fast customer service and will look to purchase from them in the future.

I would give less than one star to this business I would. I recently made a purchase of what I thought, was a leather insert and gel achilleas heel pad from this company. When all I received was the gel pad, I contacted customer service who told me the leather insert was a "picture" and not the item for sale. How misleading! After 7 emails back and worth with their representative Ana Molina, who became more and more antagonistic with each response, I gave up. If a $9.00 refund is going to break their bank and she gets to call winning rights, so be it. I've had it. I hope anyone reading this thinks twice before doing business with them.
