I went in there to get my old car insured and I told the lady that I was in the process of buying a new vehicle. I asked if it was possible for me to pass over thw insurance to the new vehicle. She said, yes and quoted me that would be a $200 down payment plus tax which I paid and that all I needed to do was come back and let her know when I bought the car 3 days later I went in to insure my new car just to find out that the lady wanted an additional $300 down payment for the new vehicle and it was going to be $250 a month. I decided to go elsewhere I didn't have to pay a down payment does my monthly payment of $120 so long story short... This place is a rip off. I went in there trusting her and gave her the whole run down on my situation.

I got business insurance renewed here , I gave her the information to whom to send the policy too. I was told it would be done the next day. 8 days later I’m working on a project and I’m told my insurance hasn’t been updated ... I try calling and there is no answer . Very quick to take hundreds of dollars from you , once she has no money she is of no service . This was a terrible experience in general .
