Received ordered part quickly. Everything went well. They were helpful on the phone and was able to get a part of hat seemed difficult to locate.

Ordered $37,000 Dacor appliances back in January 2022, the delivery of Hood and Range gets postponed every time. It was supposed to be delivered in March and I am still waiting.

This is my home location and my review might be a bit biased because I've grown to like this location and it's crew. To begin they are right next door to the Hirschians (inside joke) and the prices are always better than Hirsch. Second even though there is always customers waiting it's never too long of a wait to get items I need, chat it up, and get out the door in a timely fashion. I love the customer service, their welcoming good morning, sarcastic answers and jokes. This has grown to be my supplier family. I appreciate all their work and help they provide. Especially Daniel, he always provides the best customer service!

This company's Homeowner policy is pretty childish!! They don't want to sell to homeowners, because they claim there is some huge danger... 1. First of all, remember one thing - you are selling to ADULTS, not children!! 2. We as home owners, can purchase a complete 200 amp panel, including all circuit breakers, electrical wire, 220, 110 Volt outlets / connectors from regular home improvement stores..... also, as a homeowner, we can purchase brand new air conditioner units from some retailers/ wholesalers... 3. I could go on & on - many dangerous items we can purchase on a daily basis. 4. If a homeowner is purchasing these items, It's either because he or she is totally competent to install or is purchasing for someone that will do it for them. Liability is on the homeowner, not the place of purchase. Home Depot or Lowe's would not be as successful, if they didn't cater to the regular do it yourself... We, as Homeowners can purchase many dangerous

This place sucks. My AC motor capacitor went out on Saturday and I was looking to buy one. Nothing is opened on Sunday. I waited until Monday and gave them a call. I waited on hold for about 20 minutes. When someone finally took my call they were very friendly. I told them that I was a homeowner and my motor capacitor went bad on my air conditioner. I told him the capacitance and voltage. He looked it up and told me they had 5 in stock at their chatsworth location. He said I could go there and pick one up. I had to take a long lunch from work and I drove over there. When I got there, I asked where the capacitors were. The guy behind the counter said they were in the last row. He then asked if I was a contractor. I told him i wasn't and he said that he can't sell me one. I told him that the guy on the phone from ferguson told me I could buy one. He said he shouldn't have told you that. Wow, poor customer service. They need to train there phone people better. I wasted my lunch and an extra half an hour for nothing. I highly recommend JOHNSTONES SUPPLY, they don't sell to homeowners either, but at least they tell you that up front and don't waste your time.

My local guy suggested Ferguson's to help order a replacement thermostat for a 30 gallon American Standard water heater. Even with a heat wave, no hot H2O and cold showers are not ideal. I called and spoke with a rep (Shane?) on Friday 6/18 at 10:38am, who said he would call me back and took down my number. After almost 2.5 hours I called back at 1pm and spoke to a young lady who told me "we have to call American Standard direct and it could be 24-48 hours", she confirmed my number and hung up. I am an understanding person, but I had a gut feeling about this not panning out very quickly given it was a Friday and they are closed on Sunday. It is almost 6pm on Wed the 23rd as I share my review and shocker, no call back, no follow up...NADA! I am glad I went to American Standard's part replacement website myself and called the number direct, and I didn't have to wait 24-48 hours just to get an answer. I ordered the part online and will have it delivered tomorrow to be installed. Where would I be if I relied on Ferguson? Probably without hot water another couple weeks. lol Good luck working with these guys...because I sure didn't have any.
