Staff was not overly rude, but also not pleasant. Turned in a work travel box (large pelican box) on Friday, and paid the premium for a Saturday delivery. Was told that was good to go, as the pickup driver hadn’t left yet.
Well . It didn’t go out Friday.
It didn’t move Saturday, or Sunday (I have an AirTag on it, so I know). It took 3 calls to customer service, and even me demanding to talk to someone AT that location before they finally got it coming.. it’s finally moved a few blocks down the road , so hopefully I’ll get it eventually. I really needed it Saturday, and now I’m going out of town and will have to borrow someone else’s equipment to support my customer.
Thanks, guys.
Will I get refunded for the inconvenience?
Hahahaha! Yeah right

I always tell people to remember there are two separate companies being judged here, there’s FedEx Express, and FedEx Ground. Please be fair in reviewing FedEx Express. I know the name thing is confusing, but a pick up and drop off spot. My opinion, don’t ship anything really important or that you care about with FedEx Ground, NOTHING! I worked at this station in Canoga Park in 1991, I didn’t stay long, about 14 months, all totaled I worked at FedEx for 38 years, and I can say that most people working there work hard. There’s no other way to work there, it’s a very physical, very fast paced job.
Just be sure of who you’re judging.

The customer service is one of the worst. The two front women that work there have one of the worst attitudes, they are not friendly at all and do not provide a good customer service or try to help. They really look upset/angry working there. They really need some basic customer service training.

Is anyone else old enough to remember their tagline “We run the tightest ship in the shipping business?” Well, that ship has sailed and they should change their name to Titanic Shipping with the slogan, “Shut up. Your lucky anything survives at all.”
FedEx employees have developed quite an air of entitlement. Terrible service and I’ve seen friendlier faces at the DMV and funeral home. The staff behind the counter are so grim, the younger female ones are the worst. Too busy making idle chit chat to help customers needing to ship or pick up. The parking is atrocious. I dread going in there.
FedEx is general has gone downhill recently and I’m compelled to vent with this review. Packages are frequently lost. I’ve had three shipments returned this week to the shipper when FesEx tried to deliver to an office building at 6:30 AM! Unbelievable. I’ll be insisting my vendors use UPS, USPS or anything but FE from now on.

Horrible!!I’ve always had problems with Canoga Park location from getting my packages. Many times delivered to wrong places and lied to shipper that they delivered to correct address. One time I had to dispute the charges for that package. No problems getting packages from Sun Valley or Pacoima facilities.Wish I can block this location from delivering my packages.

If I could give them a zero I would. Every time I have a package coming from Fed Ex they state attempted delivery without leaving a note on the mailbox or outside of the door. I always have to call the company for the tracking number and when I look it up it’s delayed. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I went to Fed Ex the first two times to pick it up and asked for a manager and the guy said unfortunately things like this happen. If it’s a repeated issue someone need to lose their job or do a drive around with a manager to resolve the issue. Amazon never have a problem getting through the gate. I am a very dissatisfied customer. I called customer service and they helped as much as they could but it doesn’t help me tonight.

If you want your FedEx packages get shipped on time, deliver it yourself to this SHIP Center and out your package goes. The entrance is on Eton st, not on Vanowen, they have free open gated good parking on Eton street for customers, open 6 days a week.
