It said it was open at 9am and it was closed and I went to knock on the doors at 9:34am. No one answered and there was so sign outside saying coming back soon or new times. I really needed something in color but oh well

I think they stole my money because this is the fourth day that im waiting for my custom rubber stamp to be done. I was told that it was going to take less than 4 days to do so. The day after the expected date i decided to call them for an update. No answer. Their voicemail is full. The next day I called again with no response(voicemail still full) so i went there only to find out that they were closed during their expected hours of operation. Dont know if i should file a police report or wait because ive never experienced anything like this. If they do give it to me just know that they're hard to reach.
