Very good customer service. A lot of options on all products and most important their product is good quality. I usually buy hookah and cant complain so far. I finally was able to find here after going to 3different smoke shops.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU LIKE DRY LEAVES TO ROLL WITH!! They are most of the time dry and will tell you you can't swap out because you already bought it.... But with a DISCOUNT for another dry leaf?? Can't even roll a cigar with this....dry and with holes!!! I was a regular and enjoyed coming here until now... what's the point of spending $7 on this and given an attitude for not being satisfied with horrible quality. I didn't even ask for a refund, I just wanted what a paid for and they were refusing!!!

The owner "Moon" and his employee Davit might as well be the same person when it comes to being ethical or professional. Since competency is questionable for you sir and it is clear you do not know the definition of words, what legal restrictions means, legally you cannot post a video of someone getting physically abused (domestic violence) when they have an active police report. Sir Moon, you can report all you want. I will stand by the truth and against violence even if the victim is apart of the problem and may have mental issues themselves. Violence is not okay and the only false/fake or report worthy reviews here about your establishment is Nellys review and the many many many 5 star reviews that have been flagged and placed under "not recommended reviews". The products at your smoke shop are the same as your competitors. The difference between the two is customer service and safety. Both of which your store is lacking. Do yourself a favor and Direct your bias threats and hate towards the people who work for you buddy. Good luck!

PLZ DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SMOKE SHOP. I usually buy from this shop about every week. Today I bought a glass bong for a Xmas gift. But when we unwrapped it, the entire bottom was cracked. So I took it back and spoke to the same guy I bought it from a few hrs ago. I asked him if I could exchange it since I was just here and he said no. Then, he tried to sell me another one for 20% off. He didn't give a damn what happened and it clearly showed smh Horrible customer service and and jankey products. I will definitely be going to Smokin Aces Smoke shop on Mason Ave. for now on.

I walked in having a bad day and let me just say CAROL just new what I needed and even gave me helpful information about my vape. Definitely recommend especially cause they have the best selection shout out to the owners for a dope ass shop

Use to be the spot. Now they can't count change out properly and customer service has gone way down with some staff. The boss is great at logistics though.

Great place for smokers!!! They have best prices and big variety of wraps, pipes, cbd and much more. I have been going for years and highly recommend everyone. Friendly people and good prices) All the best guys!
