One day I walked in just to see the sale they were having but Ali was so nice and never got bothered by me asking so many questions that I got a really nice set of earrings and since then I got my daughter quinceañera's ring and a pretty necklace . I do only recommend this specific one because the Northridge terrible customer service as cesia.

Loan sharks! I came here to buy something and I was offered a credit card so I applied for one. Next thing I know I miss a payment for a week and when I came in person to make the payment, I was given a number to call, when I called the number it was their store number where I was at and where I was given the number. They reported me to the credit bureau when I was making a payment and I was denied. They wanted to ruin my credit instead of allowing me to pay what I owed them which was only $200. The short Filipina lady was an idiot just like the muslim guy who was always wearing a suit with a mustache. No wonder why their rating is low because they practice predatory lending.Reply:I don't care if you have been in business since the stone age, I will never forget my horrible experiemce with you. Your store rating is low so you can stop gas lighting me.

They can’t even size your rings correctly. Not to mention if the rain doesn’t fit they’ll charge you extra for a bigger size. Better off I don’t know other more professional jeweler. The refund or your money back is a lie

I walked in there a couple of weeks ago to size my fingers. I asked where I can look at silver rings. Ali pointed me to the area where they would be. He said someone would help me. I waited over ten mins and no one helped. I saw another employee talking to other customers about good vacation places. I left the store and said I'd come back. I went back today to size my right hand. Ali told me to write it down because they were too busy and their schedule was too booked to help me to size my fingers in case I forgot. I was a little throw off. I've been coming to Daniel's for years. Definitely won't be coming back. Service was horrible. That store is always lonely. It's hard to imagine their schedule being booked.

Went to look at a watch. Salesman was a bit pushy. After giving me the price of the watch, he then asks how much I am willing to spend. He could work out a payment plan or show me something else. The guy would not even let me take a moment to look at the item quietly without commenting the watches sell quick or most places are out of stock.Joke is on him, found another store with similar item and purchased from there.

I have been a customer of Daniel's JewellersFor over 20 years and never had a problem until today with the Manager Ali.Unfortunately he was also the one who sold me a beautiful Diamond ring a couple of months ago.Yesterday I was washing my plate and noticed that one of the Diamonds came out and I couldn't find it.I spoke to Ali in person and his attitude was awful, he wanted me to pay for the full price of the Diamond and for me to pay a full price for Labor.I told him that they are supposed to seel good quality and the offer he made me was to trade my brand new ring for a new ring.I told him that I will not continue buying more Jewelry from them and he didn't seem to careWhat a shame since I have been a very good customer for over 20 years and even last year at the beginning of the pandemic I bought Jewelry from them.Too bad the previous Manager, Mike was transferred to San Francisco, he will never treat a customer the was I was treated.Mike really cares about the customers.They should have more respect and appreciation for their customers.And they should be fair if the items they sell weren't made with the quality we expect to get from them.Nelson FerreraI spoke with a representative from Daniel's, her name was Candy and she was very professional and she really cared about my satisfaction and she solved my claim.I am very happy now because like I said for over 20 years I have been a loyal customer.Thank you Candy for being so kind and understanding.Best always,Nelson Ferrera

I originally bought some diamond jewelry at their Sherman Oaks location and I lost my hoop earrings that I bought several months later, so I called the Sherman Oaks store, but they moved to Topanga, so I called the Topanga store and some guy answered the phone and told me he's the manager and I asked him if I can get a replacement for my earrings that I lost because I have an insurance, but he told me I can't do that because the earrings were free item as I got buy 1 get 1 free deal and the insurance doesn't cover free items. Then he told me I can come in and exchange it to another item, but it has to be a higher priced item and I have to pay the difference. Wtf? I don't want to exchange it to anything else and definitely don't want to pay any more money for this s**** I already paid a lot of money for these diamond jewelry and the earrings are a piece of s**** Maybe what he said about the insurance policy is correct, but the sales lady never told me about that and it's kind of deceiving. Of course, she was so nice when I was buying the jewelry, but their after service and policy is so terrible! Not recommend this place to anyone
