The staff are always respectful and friendly. Always willing to assist me when I need help. And the coupons are great!, which is another reason why I only stop at CVS for my healthcare needs, personal items and once in a while, a Score bar at the register. Yum!

This review is for the photo department only. I usually order my small 4x6 prints from CVS because they’re done quickly, and I can pick them up within just a few hours. Plus, they often have great deals on their app. This time, they had 50% off all photos! I love to bulk order family photos a couple of times a year to keep those memories close. The CVS app makes it so easy to upload photos directly from your phone, computer, or even Google Photos—lots of convenient options.
While I was leaving, I spotted the Marvel superhero beanie babies and couldn’t resist picking up a mini Hulk. It’s so adorable!
This CVS location is a CVS y más, so it also has a good selection of grocery items.

Carmen is the “supervisor” and she is not helpful at all, very rude and has no customer service I don’t understand how she got that position. I asked a simple question if we could price match to CVS online. first she got very hostile and with the most attitude says no we don’t do that here or anywhere. I asked why wasn’t it letting me order online and she said “i don’t know” I asked if I could use my COUPONS and she said “i don’t know”. I got fed up and asked for the customer service number, she said “i cant change the price it’s policy” instead of giving me the phone# then i had to ask a second time and finally she gave me the number but when i asked if i needed to press any extension or any certain number to take me to the right person and she still said “I don’t know”. So why is she a “supervisor” if she doesn’t know how to do anything and can’t even give me valid explanations. Please find a replacement ASAP. Need more people who aren’t super hostile.

Went there for vaccination and staff was very rude, the person administering the vaccine barely communicated, injected the vaccine almost in my shoulder and just stood up and left. I know it is suppose to be injected into deltoid muscle but first dose was not administered that high in my arm. I was not even sure I was done that's how quickly she left without saying anything. A day later and my arm still hurts. My first dose did not hurt nearly as bad as this one.
I would suggest to find another CVS location.

I was once stalked inside of the store by an old white woman employee, when I finally got in line she stood directly in front of me and looked me up and down as if she was an evil x-ray machine. Obviously she thought I had stole something. I was so uncomfortable, I never went back to that store again and I lived around the corner. I still have bad dreams about her scouling wrinkled face

Pharmacy staff is very rude . They cut you off while you’re talking to them after they ask you what you need help with . This has happened every single time I have to interact with them . The African American woman is the only one that has manners and acts professional . The rest of them are rude , have attitudes and it’s just down right ridiculous !!! Something needs to be done or I will gladly take my business elsewhere !

Could've been a 3 minute shopping experience but took more than where one of the cashier took her sweet time in doing her job where instead she talked with customer despite the line was growing. (The cashier has curly hair). Also she will say stuff in Spanish in a low tone of voice. Horrible experience

To the lady who has the keys between the hours of 8pm-9pm on Monday 02/26 : I hope you find happiness and peace because the way you treated me wasn’t fair. She was super rude.On a side note the place is clean and the cashier was very nice.

Bad costumer service. Did a pick up order and had me waiting when there were 4 ppl in the front cashier, they decided to ring everyone up and took care of me after, when i was just picking up a small order.. store looks dirty as well. I guess “y más” means y más tiempo de esperar cause they not gonna take care of right away

I went to the pharmacy today and the staff were so polite and awesome. I didn’t have insurance and they told me to apply for good rx and baby let me tell you , I saved 75.00. Thank you to the whole staff especially the cashier and trinny! Janet B was awesome too ! The best
