This company did a cold call on an elderly lady in my church. They ended up selling her on a new roof. They subcontracted with a good company but marked up the cost three times what the sub had charged them. They are scam artists for sure

Last summer they replaced to units at our property. The upstairs unit failed at the height of summer. Calls were ignored, and their mailbox was full. We paid on time every month to the finance company (14,000) We paid an outside company $800.00 the first time for freeon that was leaking out. The unit failed again last week. Mailbox is still full. Leak test needed.We drove down to Creative air at 8032 Deering Ave Canoga Park, CA 91304. The internet says that it’s Creative Air and that they are open. That’s a 45 minute drive for us. When we got there the name in the door was different but it was an HVAC company. They claimed that they were new to the building and that they had not heard of Creative air.Our system isn’t working and now we are about to spend above $1000.00 for a leak test to be done. We only have one number for them, and have sent unanswered emails. They have robbed us. We have a disabled adult daughter with autism living upstairs and is very distressed about not being able to be in her room because it gets up to 86 degrees up there.They lied and told the finance company that they have not heard from us.Looks like we will be taking this to court.

Unprofessional ,been reaching out to them to have a service done and nothing, left countless messages and no call back this business is a scam! I would not suggest them to anyone ! I even called the workers that came to service everything and they no longer work with creative air you guys have explaining to do or legal actions will be made ..

The low ratings this company has were made clear with my experience. I wish there were a selection for no rating at all. I agreed to an estimate for HVAC from a telemarketing call they made. I told them not to come if they were going to give me a ridiculously high bid of $35,000 like other companies (I have two systems), and they assured me they were a family-run business that would never make a bid that high. The technician showed up at my house, and his bid was $35,000--without even looking at my equipment. When I told him what I had been told over the phone, he feigned ignorance. He called the office and got the bid down to $25,000 (!!!), but I said I wasn't signing anything today. He asked if I wanted to get approved for financing just in case I purchased with them. My mistake was saying yes. I got approved, but 10 days later, much to my surprise, I received a credit card from Synchrony Bank in both my name and the company's with a credit limit of $36,000!!! Needless to say, I complained to the company--with no satisfaction, of course (All I had to do was cancel the card, the receptionist said), then called Synchrony Bank to report that this was fraudulently issued. I signed nothing with Creative Air Solutions. Getting approved for credit is NOT the same as having a credit card issued in my name that could adversely affect my credit rating. They had no right to issue it. I will also report this to the credit bureaus as fraud and to the Better Business Bureau. My complaint with the latter will join the other negative reports I saw when I looked up this company, and I see negative reports here on Yelp, too. Don't do business with this company!

This company called my elderly grandmother who lives in Santa Barbara and scammed her. They called her to sell her a cleaning of her furnace equipment. Unfortunately, she said yes and once they arrived they attempted to sell her a whole new ducting system for $8,500. They made her sign a contract and issue a deposit right then and there. We then had the heating company who installed the heater not too long ago come take a look and they were shocked to say the least. They said her duct work is in fine condition and $8,500 is an absurd price for new ducting in her medium sized home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHO KNOW NO BETTER.

A cold caller offered routine maintenance on my heating and air conditioner for $69. Guy who arrived immediately started trying to sell me a new furnace. He wanted to demonstrate that it didn't work and indeed my furnace would not turn on. That never happened before so I think he did something to achieve that result. Very persistent--suggested danger of carbon monoxide poisoning and fire risk. Stayed on after I asked him to leave. Best not to deal with people who call out of the blue.

THIS COMPANY DESTROYED MY PROPERTY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST PRAYING ON THE DIABLED AND ELDERLY! My AC was running very well, but Creative Air Solutions was offering a maintenance service for $69. Once they got there they went up down out of the attic several times. Then they showed me a fuzzy video of a whole in my duct and that they could fix it for $$$$$ (they left without servicing anything!!) Within a very short time after they left, the house became very hot and they AC unit doesn't stop running. All the cold air is now goingin the attic. When I told them about it they denied everything and refuse to replace the damaged duct. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY ANY WHERE NEAR YOUR HOUSE.
