I'm giving one star because the mold itself is ok, but the customer service is lacking. I had purchased two molds from this company via Etsy and the estimated delivery date was too late, so I purchased more on Amazon. Come to find out, I ended up making two purchases from this same company and the ETA on the Amazon ones were sooner than the Etsy ones. Imagine my surprise when they all show up, sooner than expected, and all in one box! I ended up paying more than $13 for two separate delivery fees, only to receive one delivery. I contacted the company almost one week ago via Etsy requesting a refund of the shipping fee, and although it says they typically respond in a few hours, I have yet to receive a response. I have now initiated a claim through Amazon as well.

Customer service is horrible! i placed and order with my paypal account and when i emailed customer service on when my order will be shipped i got a really rude unprofessional response! Vary sketchy company. Now i will be filing a claim with paypal just to get MY money back never again will i try and order from these people again!!!!

I use their molds for all of the birthday parties I do. The snowflake ones were perfect for the "Frozen" themed one for my little girl. Good customer service.

This company is the worst. I was communicating with representative Jeff Robertson regarding an ETA on a product ordered that still had not been received his comment to me was "I apologize for your impatience" . Really? Wow what a jerk off!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN....I would advise you all to do the same!!!

These guys are the best! I needed a custom mold and they were able to design it, create it and deliver it in under a week! Other than that, their selection is huge. I always use their stuff!
