“It has been a while since I've shopped at Uniqlo but they have really stepped their game up. The store is very nicely kept and super clean. The quality of the clothes have improved and are still a very good deal. I with there was a Uniqlo closer to me. All of their clothes seem to fit me perfectly. The checkout process was super fast. Their new registers blew our minds and made everything so easy.”
“Ruby helped me yesterday and gave me some of the best customer service I have ever gotten. I'm a new mom and since having my son have really struggled with my postpartum body. Ruby was able to relate to that feeling and she helped me find a whole new wardrobe. She could tell that I felt lost and didn't know what to pick out or where to start. She spent extra time with me and encouraged me to try sizes and outfits I would have never thought to pick because I'm not good at fashion and because of her, my self-esteem is renewed. What she did for me in the store goes beyond excellent customer service. She fixed my confidence issue and made me feel like a new woman. It's rare to meet a retail worker that passionate about helping others. Also, GAP has amazing leggings that are very well priced and even though crop tops are in fashion you can find real whole shirts in this store that are wonderful quality. I also recommend the cigarette jeans. If you are a new mom or insecure about your body just wait to see Ruby (the lady with purple hair). She will help you. Thank You GAP!”
“My wife and I had an amazing time shopping at this store today and Quinn was very helpful. He let my wife know which clothing we're on sale and answered any questions she had. While she went into the fitting room to try them on, I was talking to Quinn for a little bit. My wife like one of the dress she tried on so she decided to purchase it. They had some nice selection of clothing and accessories for men and women here. They also had some sunglasses and air fragrance as well. The special today was almost half off so we came at the right time.”
“I stopped by this Hot Topic location while waiting for the John Wick movie to start. I came to this store to look if they have any Hey Arnold shirts since my wife loves that TV show. When I walked in, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I just told him that I was browsing and burning time before the movie. This store has a lot of t shirts but no Hey Arnold shirts. They have decent amount of merchandise so if you're a fan of Hot Topic, you should visit this store.”

“I spent my birthday money online at AE. Some things didn't quite fit and others didn't fit at all so I ran to the AE store in this mall and was immediately greeted by Emma. She was friendly and so very helpful!! She was kind to my young children. And she helped me return and exchange and purchase new things online all in the same transaction. She also ran back to the shelf and pulled the pair of jeans that I had been considering online. Thanks for your service and help today Emma!”
“They now offer military and veteran discount all year round vs just oin veteran's day! Now I can resume business with them. 15 or 20% off. “Came here so my partner could get some clothes. They had some pretty good deals and the shits he got were nice and light not too heavy at all and had a great vintage look to them. He also got some shorts that were on sale. The come to find out store manager was helping us check out. She was so nice and was really friendly very inviting. I never been here before, but I can definitely see myself coming here when it's my time to get some items. Great atmosphere”

“I went to this place to exchange my shoes which i got it a week ago and wear it for an hour to check how comfortable is and got some scratches under the shoes, i was worrying if they will take it back from me.I talked to Frieda Zatz who is the manager of this location and explain what happened and she helped me with that and took the shoes back and let me exchange the shoes. they act so nice even when i bought the first shoes.”

“First time shopping at this store! My daughter is 14 and happens to like their clothes. Upon walking in we was welcomed by an employee and offered help if needed. It is filled with hot trendy pieces at an affordable price point! The set up of this store and their merchandise is so in and very much branded by the seasons! The aesthetic and feel of this store is also reminiscent of the 90's style as well. Great inventory! I also had the pleasure of speaking with the Manager Santi! She was super friendly and we spoke for quite a while. I was able to get an in depth feel for this review as I stayed in the store for the better half of the hour. The employees work very well with each other. As customers came in the employees were very friendly and walking about the store seeing to it that customers were tended too;whether for a fitting room or being checked out at the register. These employees work very hard as they were also putting out new inventory as well. I highly recommend this store. You will love it!”

“Great store! Very helpful staff! Especially returns from on line. They're friendly and always ready to serve! This location has a lot of basics and on trend merchandise for both men and women! I've been shopping with Banana Republic during the late 1980's even before the GAP bought them in the 1990's. It's really nice to see the new journey the Banana Republic design group is taking by bringing back styles based on the heritage of its past while updating colors, fabrics and fit for today's shoppers. “My first time at this store and I loved it! The clothing and accessories are gorgeous! Unfortunately, we encountered a disturbing experience with a robbery at the mall. This review is for the staff at this store location. The way they handled the situation and made sure we were all safe was so amazing! Emily took charge the during the entire time and made sure we were all okay! While everyone in the mall was screaming and running out, she put herself in harms way and locked the doors and directed all of us to the back for our safely. Emily, Natalie and the entire staff of Madewell...thank you so much for keeping us safe! I will definitely stop by Madewell, not only to shop for the great clothes, but to visit these girls!”

“This Zara is my least favorite to go to BUT is the closest one to me. Last night the young lady who helped me find a shoe I really wanted was the best! The only had one on the floor and the second shoe was missing. I asked if she could help me and she did! She was great Nigin I believe was her name! She was the sweetest and told me she was there to help. Believe me when I say I asked 2 other associates to help and they said they could not. The other young women at the register was so upset she was helping me and even told the other associate that she should have just told me it was sold out. Where is the customer service? She obviously hates her job. This is why I’d rather drive farther to a different Zara but thanks to Nigin for the help! Zara needs to hire more people like her and less like the other young lady. This was 5/5/23 around 7pm.”

“I stopped by this Levi store inside Topanga mall yesterday while my wife was shopping at other stores. I was looking at their jeans to see if they have good baggy pants but didn't see any. I took a look at their shirts as well but the style just wasn't for me. A worker asked if I needed any assistance and I told her I was just browsing. I saw that they do some tailoring work here but it is pricey so be aware of that.”
