I had ordered the sniper king bundle of 6 with chase and when the order finally arrived with original packaging and taped up really clean, once I opened up the box the chase was missing they only sent 5 common sniper kings inside the box, I tried contacting challice collectibles but they never responded to my emails or messages on instagram, and I even called challice collectibles stores they said they couldn’t do anything about it but they could pass the word and finally after almost 6 months later they responded and said “ their is nothing we can do and that was their final words, they don’t respond to no emails or messages, they are just scamming people when they get a chance,

Purchased sealed Eric Draven and is damaged and they won't do a single thing about it. Can't inspect a sealed can. Do not go here. Child Manager Tee didn't care or even try to assist me. Acceptions can and should be made on a case by case basis. Will not return.

Huge selection of Funko Pops including some speciality ones. Customer service was friendly, prices were decent, and store was very clean and organized. This is a good place to shop in person to fulfill all your Funko Pop needs!

Came in to see if shop had any Pokémon 151 items. They stated they only had ETB’s in which I proceeded to buy 3! After purchasing, I opened an ETB in which was defected. Instead of it coming with 9 booster packs, 1 promo card, 1 set of energy and 1 set of sleeves, it came with 2 promo cards, 2 sleeves, 2 energy packs, and most importantly NO BOOSTER packs. I told the merchant of what happen and he quickly stated it’s final sale. I told the merchant if I can open the other 2 ETB in front of him and he stated, “it’s final sale.” Honestly I have been to this shop before and I have never had issues. I have purchased POP figures and squish mellows. After this purchase, I believe the store might be scamming people. You can get better prices on ETB elsewhere such as Legacy comics in Glendale or LA Sports Cards in Burbank. I’m disappointed with my experience with this shop and most importantly I’m disappointed that they tried to make me feel like the guilty one. Might have wasted $55 on an ETB but I’m glad I can help others make a decision in case they think of buying ETB here. Something doesn’t seem right!

Hey everyone! I strongly recommend this store for their customer service. I came here on a slow Monday afternoon with my friend and was welcomed by 3 staff members. The store was empty so I felt comfortable asking them a ton of questions as I had never bought a Funko item before.I was being silly and made sure they knew I wanted to buy an item and not just chat. We talked about anime and I got some good recommendations from the staff. They also helped me understand why some real life people or content don't have Funko POPs. Molly was super kind and took time to explain their products to me and guided me around the store. Molly helped me find and buy my first ever Funko POP! I strongly recommend this store! Especially cause the cost was great. The standard item seemed like $13 or less so this is great value! Thank you Molly and the team on 10/02!

Places an oder, emailed multiple times asking for info regarding my order. They haven’t reply to any emails. They don’t care.Will do a charge back on my card and will contact the BBB. They take your cash but won’t ship or reply to your emails. Horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. WILL GIVE THEM ONE LAST CHANGE TO MAKE IT RIGHT.

I ordered from them and they charged me but did not send me my items nor an order confirmation. the website said my card didn't work, then proceeded to charged me for funkos.

They have a huge selection of funko pops and the lady at the counter was very helpful. I asked her for a specific funko and she pointed me exactly where they are and even suggested other items of what I was specifically looking for. Now that is an excellent customer service. She answered all my questions in a very professional manner. Oh, and most of the funkos are $33 for 3! How’s that for a deal?!?! Will be coming back again.
