Don’t bother. They used to have a good staff several years ago at this location on de Soto. Not anymore. I have reason to believe the new staff is completely racist. If you only speak English, they’ll probably just turn you away. I went to them 3 times the past month and got shooed away on arrival the first two times. The last time, they were trying to help me but they told me to come back just because I was missing a small piece on my phone (where the SIM card goes) . I left, went back to get the small piece at my house, literally came back 6 or 7 minutes later, and they were already closing their doors. It was just a couple minutes before 5:30 also, and it says on their door they’re open until 7. They’re complete liars and they’ll totally screw you over.

Totally useless establishment. They charge for anything. They never honor the insurance. You have to call a 1 800 number in another country to get help. They charge if you want to reload your phone . The salesperson is almost nonexistent. Worst experience ever . Giving it 2 stars was just out of kindness

Very disappointing. My husband and I went in, asking the woman to transfer some things from my old phone to the new one. She started doing it, then one of her friends came in and she started talking to her. My husband said that we were there first. She said she was multitasking, then refused to do my phone, she said that she wasn't supposed to do that, she was being nice.She also wasn't wearing a mask.
