Their paint matching was spot-on, and they went the extra mile to make fine-tuned adjustments to ensure a flush fit. I cannot recommend this shop enough. “I had my car tinted at this spot. This was my first visit to this business, previously I had done on my previous cars elsewhere, where they would do “ok” job, but this guys are amazing. “They work miracles! I got T-boned and was getting ripped off on quotes left and right as I have mechanic friends who told me a realistic quote and everybody was over-quoting by thousands. Might be my out of state license plate. CPC did not, they treated me like family from day 1. They gave me updates during the process and gave me the car back better than when I gave it to them. Would highly recommend.”
“I’ll leave an update as the service goes, but Ace has been very helpful, hasn’t been pushy with unnecessary services, kept me updated over the weekend on my car, and they took my car in same day I called about an issue I couldn’t figure out and had to get towed. “Family Owned (last I checked), quality body shop. We have going to this business for close to 30 years--we have a long history of no-fault and poor driving accidents; Tony's has always been our go-to shop. As long as I can recall, we've enjoyed the sweet candies in the bowl on the counter AND the bag of toffee nuts from Somis Nut House (I think they're toffee nuts) we get on the day we pick up the car. My brand new car was dinged at valet, and of course didn't notice until a day or so later; so I was pissed to say the least. Moises Auto is pretty well know in SFV so we sent over a photo and Marcos got right back to us with a quote and plan. No upselling, no "you're gonna need a whole new bumper" etc. Even said it could be done in a day, drop off in the AM and pick up next morning. My husband handled the details, I just had to drop off the car. When I got to the shop, every single person was SO kind and welcoming, I think it is a family owned/run place so I really liked the charm. My car was even done early, same day; so we were able to pick it up end of day. The work is under warranty and everything is explained super clear and really professional. Though I really hope I won't need body work anytime soon, I would 1000% come back to Moises.”

“Marcos is so kind! I had gotten hit on Wednesday and while there wasn't a lot of visible damage, I wasn't sure if there could be internal damage. I moved down to SoCal and my dad used to own an auto body and he's always handled these situations for me so I wasn't sure what to do, so I called and left a voicemail asking if there was a way for them to assess the damage. Marcos called me back the next morning to explain that I could bring it in for an assessment but if I wanted to check for any internal damage, then it would require labor costs since they'd have to take my car apart which may not be worth it if the hit was just from someone parallel parking. He said I could still bring it in and they'd take a look for any exterior damage though! I had to call my insurance to see what I should do before making an appointment to bring my car in, but I was so appreciative of Marcos taking the time to explain the details to me.”

“10/10 Excellent service and customer service. I was hit by a car at an intersection and my car couldn't move any further; We called a tow truck and took it to the parking lot. When I contacted this service, the owner of the service told me that I didn't have to worry and that they would come and take my car themselves. I was not involved in the repair from start to finish; the owner of the service periodically called me and informed me about the condition of my car. He took care of everything from transportation to renting a replacement car for me. The car was repaired quickly and I am very happy with it. The car is like new, there are no defects or inconveniences from using the car. Before handing over the car to me, it was sent to a specialized electronics service for a final check of all faults, and they also did an excellent cleaning of the car interior. The car has an excellent paint job and the owner showed me all the replaced parts of my car. The biggest plus of this service is the attitude towards customers, thank you for your attention and good repair, I recommend everyone who encounters this to contact this service, they are professionals in their field.
