These people try to charge more for items that are priced less and also sell expired items. Customers need to be very careful and double check or even triple check the receipt to make sure they have not been charged more than the price mentioned on the sticker. The female owner is disgusting because she tries to steal money by entering wrong and higher prices shamelessly. Has no shame

I know it may sound strange but these people are thieves. I was at the store around closing time and bought a few items and when I went to the register, the female owner told her emploee that she would take care of me and didn't let him do anything. I had just a very few items and had already done a rough calculation of the total price, which was gonna be around $7 but I was shocked to see $16 on the computer. It was but obvious for me to object and I began talking to her. I asked her how the price was so high. She got very nervous and said she didn't know but that was the actual price. I asked her to look at the screen and she resisted but I kept insisting and then she finally said she was sorry but she didn't know how she had entered the wrong price. At this Market too, they manually enter the price of items as there's no scanner. So she had deliberately entered a price of a particular item much higher than the actual price. She finally said it was a mistake but such things don't happen at any other stores. And two of the items, one of which was the ragi flour were expired and I had to trash them. Anyway such a "mistake" doesn't happen anywhere. So please check your receipts each time and match the price with the stickers on the items. Most of the items are als,o priced higher than the other stores. When she was caught with her pants down, she looked terribly nervous and was trying to be placatory but it was too late and it wasn't the first time something like this had happened. These people are accomplished liars and thieves. Please be careful!

Nice staff. Has large selection of groceries south Asian Indian clothes with a tailor on premise. He’s pretty good and fast! As kait indian places a little cluttered with so much product but that also provides a larger selection.
Owner (Kamal) is so very nice and hard working. She runs the salon which provides most services like hair, make up, facials and waxing and threading. I’ve tried the threading , European wax (more expensive but less painful) and makeup for an Indian event. Happy with all!

$5 eyebrow threading is a great price, but you get what you pay for. Kamal hires ladies who don't know what they're doing. It seems like she's training these ladies, and they can practice on her customers. These ladies are very slow and pull one hair strand at a time. This is very painful, plus you end up with many cuts and red bumps all over. You think you're getting a great deal for $5, but it's just a false catch. My review is only for the threading portion. You will notice there aren't always the same ladies working there.

They usually always do such a great job on eyebrow threading, but when they have so many people, the ladies start going fast and messing up on your eyebrows and don't care if you walk about with no eyebrows. Today I experienced the bottom half of my eyebrow gone and one bigger than the other

I thoroughly enjoyed getting my henna tattoo with Kamal. She is patient and extremely talented. Her attention to detail is phenomenal. I LOVE my crown and neck tatto!! And First time ever getting eyebrow threading, and can honestly say I will be going here for good. She was the best, very nice and made sure I actually liked my eyebrows

Just discovered this indian grocery store...after the topanga one this is a definitely must in this side of the valley...plus the have soo many clothes and other Indian accessories with reasonable prices...the owner is the same lady who used to have a clothing store in Parthenia by Indian store, super sweet and helpful...
