Uncompassionate. Rude. Bad business practices. They don't deserve your business. Wouldn't honor their own coupon with their name and address containing no expiration date. Been coming here years and instead of being loyal to your patients you berate them over the phone and still expect my business? Only to hang up when I make a valid point because you're not worthy of my $$$? You're both in the wrong field.
