Having lazy workers will make ppl.not.comw and go next door, i went in around 4pm and spent time time trying to find the color i like , but when time came to mix colors they came up with 500 different excuses,, oh this is going to be ready tommorow, this is a tough color to match, lemme call the manager, oh lemme call the company whos the maker of this.. then after all that tryed to convince me to choose a color that they have mixed before because the recipe is in the computer and they wont have to go through the process of matching colors,,(they advertise that they will match any color you ask forfree)

I had such a great experience with both this location and the Northridge location. Victor at the Canoga Park (CP) location went above and beyond to help me secure the paint I needed [Benjamin Moore Province Blue for those curious]. After I purchased all 5 gallons available in CP, Victor called other locations and even drove to pick up the additional paint and brought it back to the CP location so it would be there just in case I needed it the next day. This was vital because the CP location is 5 min from my workspace - where I was having the painting done. This foresight on Victor's part was amazing because *spoiler alert* we did indeed run out of paint. I can't recommend this business highly enough and will definitely return here for all my painting needs. Updating this review to note that this entire job was a team effort. At Reds painting inc we know to save time and money we go see these guys first always.They know there products , colors , formulas and its first class service.Having used all the box stores and brand name paint stores.Catalina takes it to the next level in service and knowledge.Having been in the painting business for a very long time I am still impressed with there products and tools and equipment they stock.You never stop learning when you are in the trades and this store keeps me on my toes. Good job guys keep up the good work.The guys look pretty spiffy too :-)

Best Catalina location I've been to. The people there were super helpful and they can make a spray can of any paint you want quicker than other stores.

Noce location. But the best part is that worker Steven went beyond excellent im customer service. Very knowledgeable in products and recommended tips on all kind of paint and sprayers. Thanks Steven. We could use more people like you.
