Anita did my eyebrow lamination and I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had. She is professional, extremely talented and very knowledgeable at what she does. I have been receiving so many compliments since she did my eyebrows. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you Anita.

Went to the benefit brow bar inside Macys on a quiet Sunday early afternoon. Anita helped me and my girlfriend. She was so gentle with the eyebrow wax it felt relaxing- which is so rare! Normally, I am red and need concealer, but not with Anita! She explained everything to me and was so sweet. My eyebrows look great thanks to Anita!

Worst experience ever with Anita. Beware and go to a different Benefits Brow Bar. She has no idea what she is doing with wax. Her experience is mainly in eyebrow threading. She removed too much hair with the wax off my eyebrows and left jagged lines. DO NOT GO HERE.Service: Eyebrow waxing

I have been Jessica's customer for over a year now. She is very good at shaping and cleaning my eyebrows even though they are not naturally symmetrical. She always has a smile on her face and always is very attentive. I always leave feeling very happy and uplifted after my session with Jessica.

Jessica is my go-to girl when it comes to perfection. She's such a sweet heart and knows her stuff. Kind of a bummer she relocated to the Glendale location because it's a farther commute for me. Jessica is amazing! She's fast and efficient and helped give my eyebrows the love they definitely needed. She's very professional and makes sure the environment is cleaned in between every client. She's also very friendly so you feel like you're just chatting with a friend and by the time you know it, you're done, and walking out looking better than when you walked in. 100% recommend!!
