Today i went this bank. One guy assist me Indian guy( Mr. RAHUL )because of he my forex card is blocked. I am student how can now i unblock the card. Ridiculous service. HE was saying me again and again put the ATM pin . Now my card is blocked because of he. Wastage of money, wastage of time

This location is a waste of time; we always have issues cashing checks here. The wait times are long, and it is different from other locations, like Beverly Hills, where things always go smoothly. At this location, we often wait for 30 minutes in line. Out of the seven times I've cashed a check here, three times I had trouble. They claim they have an "older system," but is that my problem? If the system can’t properly handle the checks to avoid fraud, even when the checks are issued by the same bank using its own check blanks, it’s strange. This checking system seems very susceptible to fraud, as any slight difference in a letter or sign at a different angle can cause a refusal to cash it. This checking system should just be closed as option as it is really looks like expired nowadays and create something new, new technology. With 21st-century AI and technology, this issue makes it seem like we are still living in the 17th century.

The professionalism of the bank staff at Sherman Way is exceptional. This branch always busy and crowded, A little bit of kindness truly goes a long way. Gave me nickels in a roll of quarters, then i ask what happened and they say they weren't suppose to give me quarters without using an account, typical run around, make sure you have them count your money even the change, damaged quarters and nickels- unacceptable for a bank to have mistakes in money rolls and be so difficult to correct it. 1 star.

So far I see 1 teller and 4 people infront of me you would think at 1:40pm they would have more tellers it's lunch time. Well I was only in there 30mins. But it cost $8 to cash a check. I haven't cashed a check since oh never mind please have more tellers at lunch time thank you.

Came to close my account. I postponed this closure for way too long, to be honest. It was because of the monthly fees & my account with the visa debit cards being hacked multiple times. Although the disputes were handled and the funds were debited back to my account, it was just few times too many, not just once! I don't have the same problem with my other account from different bank. During my visit, there were 9 people in line, with only 1 teller.

This branch is very crowded and they need more staff to help people. As business owner I received very good consultation from Francisco Alegria "business advisor of this branch. He is very fast, smart and respectful. I recommend him to everyone who wants to open business account and CD and other business job.

Been going to this bank for over 40 years. If you are just doing day-to-day banking, and have nothing difficult to do at this bank branch, then this is the place for you. The tellers are wonderful! Unfortunately if you want to make an appointment to do something more difficult than making a deposit, then please use another bank branch. We are in the process of creating a trust and need to change the bank accounts to the trust. So far we have been rescheduled three times. The first time we were told that they were overbooked. She put us on the books and said there was no one scheduled yet. They canceled again. I am disappointed by this type of behavior. There is no satisfactory way for them to explain. I can only assume that they do not have enough people at this bank. No one is available, and now today they called to say that the person that would help us is getting over being sick. How many times can one cry Wolf ! So it's hard to believe anything. Needless to say, we are going to have to go to another Bank Of America branch and hope that they are a little more efficient.
