Marcos is so kind! I had gotten hit on Wednesday and while there wasn't a lot of visible damage, I wasn't sure if there could be internal damage. I moved down to SoCal and my dad used to own an auto body and he's always handled these situations for me so I wasn't sure what to do, so I called and left a voicemail asking if there was a way for them to assess the damage. Marcos called me back the next morning to explain that I could bring it in for an assessment but if I wanted to check for any internal damage, then it would require labor costs since they'd have to take my car apart which may not be worth it if the hit was just from someone parallel parking. He said I could still bring it in and they'd take a look for any exterior damage though! I had to call my insurance to see what I should do before making an appointment to bring my car in, but I was so appreciative of Marcos taking the time to explain the details to me.

The service here is amazing! I love how well their communication is, they'll update you with anything you need to know. Also of course, the main thing is the car. I needed my engine redone and thankfully they were able to do it and have my car running again for a great price and all finished in a reasonable amount of time. Easily I can recommend Moises Auto Body and Paint to anyone who's wondering whether to leave their car here.

I brought my Model Y in with some bumper damage in the front and rear. I was paying out of pocket, so Marcos was able to give me an honest assessment of the damage and gave me options for the cheapest possible fix to the most expensive and explained the pros and cons of each. After leaving my car, Marcos and his team did their best to keep the cost down while also repairing my car to look brand new. This is the most honest body shop I've ever worked with, they are all hardworking people who do excellent work at an excellent price. I'm probably never going anywhere else moving forward for all my car repair needs. Edit: forgot one thing! The communcation was superb. Every time I called about something, Marcos answered immediately with a "Hello Mr. Eric". Superb customer service.

I needed an unbiased appraisal of my car to compare with what insurance was prepared to pay, and they gave me an honest accurate answer, and I had to do was send them photos of the damage. They made what I needed to do very easy and their answers were honest and factual.

Everyone here is very friendly! I came in my auto and they explained to me that my door lock was broken and repaired it and the price is reasonable! This is a good experience I had in this type of stores!

After getting my car stolen and trashed, I thought that I'd rather have my car totaled than have it fixed up. Going to Moises Auto Body & Paint was the best choice I could've made in restoring my sentimental first car. The car was fixed to perfection and it felt like I got my car back brand new. Marcos, the owner, is such a charm to work with and a reliable person you know you can leave your car with. Dave was also fantastic to work with and he really took care of all the details while also being very personable. Definitely take your car to Moises Auto Body & Paint!
