Sunday November 12/2023 my son & I visited Ashley Store in Canoga Park CA, We were assisted by Patricia, we ended up buying a full size bed and mattress for my sons room, I am writing this review you Thank Patricia for great customer service, front desk Lady which helped us with our payment, the store manager which gave us discount & all delivery crew for being on time. We had a very good experience & one very satisfied customer :)

Visited this store to look at rugs for my place and it was not a great experience. Terrible customer service. The only nice person was a female sales rep I ran into while walking toward the rugs. I left after 5 mins and will not return. The rugs were overpriced so they did me a favor.

Got a really bad heat mark on my dining room table a few weeks ago and my extended warranty with Reguard really came in handy! Called Ashley to schedule me with a tech. Morgan arrived within the timeframe they gave me and got to working right away! In less than 30 minutes he fixed my table and looks good as new. He blended the colors so well that unless you're at kissing distance with the table nobody would be the wiser that it was ever damaged at one point. Morgan really paid attention to the variation in color and all the grain on the wood. Extra satisfied that I didn't end up held hostage at my house when the tech goes past the given ETA. So happy with the service I got with my warranty, highly recommend!

The salesperson was nice. However, the rest of my experience was awful. Delivery was 3 weeks late, but I get it. I work retail, and things like that happen all the time.I purchased the extended warranty, which is useless. One of the end tables and coffee table finish was scuffed up (warranty says it covers that) they sent a technician to the home to analyze then someone came out to fix it and he said it couldn't be fixed I need a new top so I followed up after a few weeks and nothing happened I sent another email the said let us send another technician to fix it, it's now worse the technician again said it needs to be replaced NOT fixed. So I followed up, and the guy said, "Let me look into it." It's been a month or longer, and there's been no word back." Don't shop at Ashley unless you're ok with bad service and a crappy product and definitely do not get the extended warranty.

I was here today dealing with the decorating need for the holidays and the store manager Leigh was incredibly helpful. He show me a variety of solutions a different price points. I can’t wait to come back and do more of the house. Definitely worth a visit his exceptional make sure and ask for him.

David was very helpful, and worked with me to place the order as I wanted, and when I wanted, very happy that my couches were in stock, delivery will be soon, don’t have to wait months to get them.

OMG!!! I had problems with my very expensive dual recliner right after it was delivered, due to my rambunctious children jumping up and down on the top. I called Ashley customer service immediately and they sent this gentleman out by the name Morgan, a true white glove Ashley technician from the corporate office to address my concerns with appropriate action. When Morgan arrived! Wow!!! Smokin hot!!! Soooooooo amazing, he identified the issue and got me back up and working in little time, thank God for him. Ashley and there team members are truly amazing!

Ashley Furniture store helped me locate a few stores that had my discontinued bedroom set. I was so happy to be able to drive to get what I needed that they didn’t have. Nice salespeople always willing to help! I blight my bedroom set with Ashley Furniture! They are great! They ordered the night stand on line for me from the discontinued set I was have. Thanks guys! ♥️

Vaughn our sales associate and Saleeme the manager were amazing! Great customer service and showed us every option possible. They even were great and did not rush us to close the deal even though the store had already closed. (We are not those people just had a blast going through the inventory together) we will definitely be back soon!

Amazing! The Canoga Park Staff is awesome. Particularly Gavin, the sales person that assisted me with my purchase. Gavin is very knowledgeable of the store’s inventory as well as kind & courteous. The mgr. Lee was very polite & helpful during my phone call the day prior to my visit.I will continue to shop at this particular store even though it’s quite stroll from my home :))Thank you Ashley Canoga Park Stafffor great customer support.I appreciate you :))

Went into Ashley’s Furniture Canoga Park and Luigi greeted us and was very helpful and answered all our questions. He is very friendly and we are very satisfied with his service. The dining table we bought is a quality set and are very happy. We will definitely be back for future purchases.

Very warm welcome.Edith was very professional and knew exactly what I wanted for the mattress. I thought that I didn't need a box spring under the mattress and she explained to me that I do need to have one for the support and she chose not to high because when I go to bed I want my feet to touch the floor because of my lower back.I will refer to friends especially at this location and of course to Edith also to the other people.
