Dawn was so amazing with me, she is a saint. Dawn made me feel so special. She came up to me and asked if I needed help. I told her I was looking for a certain sweater for my girlfriend. The size I was looking for was not out on the floor. But there was a medium in the color I wanted on one of the manikins. She bent over backwards to help me get it, Dawn took apart the manikin and was able to get the size I needed. She has such a great personality she is a huge asset to your company. Thank you so much Dawn you are the best!!!

I love shopping and when I'm in the Topanga Mall I have to stop in Anthropology!! Love the clothes and Items. They had a great sale 30% off of candles and diffusers. All the salespeople are so friendly and make a person feel special and worthy of quality.

I love the bohemian collection of clothing at Anthropologie. I always find unique pieces that end up stapes I cherish for years and years. Occasionally an item misses the mark which is where the incredible customer service comes in. Anthropologie is, without a doubt, my absolute favorite place to shop. I guess it's good that there isn't a location too close to me!

I would give 0 star if I could. I visited the store on 02/25/22. Jessica was on the register not acknowledging any of the customers. She was rude, unwelcoming, and had an attitude. I will never step a foot in this store and will not give any business to this company ever again. I am 8 months pregnant. I was trying to Purchase some stuff when my sister and I went towards the register, then I decided to put an item back because I changed my mind , to help the employees out, I walked to put my item back, so as my sister was finishing her transaction, I put my stuff on the register trying to buy, then Jessica decided that she wants to help someone else in line instead of me next. She wanted me to wait even though I was in line before this customer, so she can help the customer. Very disappointed that management will hire someone like this.
