Great place! I dropped my phone into water and I was referred here. In just over an hour and a half, I had my phone returned to me, in perfect working order. I also purchased a new hard case, which they discounted 50%. Their customer service is superb, the pricing was very fair. Highly recommend them. Highly.

First and foremost, Shadi, is who makes Airtech Communications the best choice for any phone/electronic support. Shadi's a natural born leader and has built an incredible team around him in which all staff members perform at the highest level. The excellent customer service and his vast knowledge is a blessing to all customers. My family and friends have been visiting Airtech for over 10 years and have had all of our questions/support needs met. Really awesome company. Brought my I phone x in with a black screen. I paid $75 with tax and walked out 30 minutes later with my phone and a new screen, having paid hundreds less than Apple wanted to charge. 1 week later the screen intermittently went black again and I took it back in. The warranty is only one month so fortunately it was within the warranty period and they fixed it within 10 minutes at no charge. Quick, same day service usually within the hour, with helpful and friendly staff. Employees treat you like friends/family. I would DEFINITELY return in the future. THANK YOU!

Apple told me my phone needed multiple new parts, for $400, to fix a non-reading logicboard, and that my unbacked up photos on the iphone were absolutely unrecoverable. I went to Airtech and Shadi, the manager, told me he would have a look and let me know if he is able to help me save my photos. Promptly, the next day Shadi had not only saved my photos but completely fixed my phone and for only $150. I am extremely thankful for their service and cannot recommend their business enough!

I had initially requested a quote on Yelp from here and 4-5 other places and I was pleasantly surprised by how much more affordable it was. My mom needed her iphone x's (I know, it's ancient at this point) screen fixed after accidentally dropping it. It had multiple cracks and the touch feature was no longer responsive in the lower left region of the display. No water damage. On a whim, I decided to try and get it fixed for her after I clocked out of work at 4:30pm and before a dinner at 6pm. Fortunately, this place was only up the street from where I live and took walk-ins, but I was still worried about time. Cindy was super helpful with informing me about the process (them needing to test certain apps, camera, etc.), how much time it was gonna take to fix (she said 40 minutes), and the risks of repairing the glass and lcd (the Face ID feature may no longer work if there is severe damage underneath); all of which I appreciated. To my surprise, the phone was ready within 30 minutes and it costed me $75. The phone works really well and she informed me that there was a 30-day warranty just incase something changed. She even gave me a free screen protector! Mom was pretty happy when she got her phone back. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a reliable place and I will likely come back here if I ever need my phone fixed.

I took my son's phone to have the screen replaced first thing when they opened on a Saturday morning. It took about an hour, the price was great compared to others, and the phone is working properly. Thank you!!
