These guys are awesome. Have been using them for years. Don't need headshots as much these days because most stuff is digital, but I still use them for promotional prints of projects I've worked on and I can't tell you how many people whose day I've made by presenting them with a signed print of their favorite movies or television shows. Great quality and top notch customer service. I live on the other side of the country and yet they are still my go to source for excellent print service.

We went in for passport photos and were very pleased with the customer service here as well well as the photos.They also do prints here, which we may be looking into in the near future.

Dropped off 35mm film here. Very fast service but extremely over priced. $28 for only 35mm low resolution digital scans is crazy. Much cheaper options in Los Angeles for higher quality scans.

Grumpy customer service with an attitude for no reason. As you can see in the picture I uploaded, I had frames that were dark but that I still wanted printed out. They ended up not giving me those frames because they were “too dark”. First off, thank you for your opinion, but this is my roll, so just print it. Especially if you’re going to charge a hilarious price like $27, might as well give it the tiniest bit of effort. Not a single smile on anyone’s face, nor any welcoming words coming out of their mouths. When I told them I wanted all 36 printed, they just said. “Ok come back” and not a single apology as if this was my decision to not have them printed. The service was fast, but that’s the only upside for a 27 dollar developing service. Felt like I was at the DMV, but of course when you have your friends comment under your business, you get comments saying “customer service was impeccable” (was not).

Very friendly staff. I urgently needed to print three sheets (i20), for dmv, they helped me, and did not even ask for money. thank you very much! and yes i did it, i got my driver's license that day, i was admitted to the exam thanks to you!

Called and asked if they can do Schengen visa picture. They said yes. I came and asked again, they said yes again. I showed them the requirements from the embassy’s website. They said ok. Paid $43 for 6 copies. Went to the German embassy… the pics did not meet the requirements… ended up having to remake the pics with the embassy for $11 for 6 copies…

I would not recommend taking a small job to this "lab". I brought two old photos in for printing. They were on a flash drive (I included an actual print of one of them so they could see the tone). The guy that helped was not particularly helpful almost seemed annoyed at having to deal with me. When I received the prints. I was disappointed. One was reproduced adequately a little dark but okay. The other was cropped mercilessly. It was an old square photo which was reproduced by them as a 5x7. They charged me $30 for this. For that money they could have called me to let me to ask about the cropping and sizing. They obviously couldn't be bothered. When I asked why they were charging $30. The lady pointed to a sign which said minimum order $20 and added because they're on a flash drive. I wound up taking the photos (on flash drive)to Woodland Hills Camera where someone actually pulled up photos on their computer and asked me about the sizing printed them perfectly and charged me $7.60 for both.

This review is way overdue. I went to this studio last year and the owner was super nice! I took some passport pictures and I didn't look well-rested since I was working long hours but he was so nice and insisted that if I didn't like them to come back another day and re-take the pictures at no additional charge. I strongly recommend this business for its amazing customer service experience and the great quality of the paper they use for their photos.
