Do not go here! They have a sign inside that clearly said $2.79 for two hotdogs so I asked the counter if they have those hotdogs and he said yes but its self service - I got the hotdogs and lined up to pay only to be charge $4 and change at the end, I asked why he is not honoring the promotion, he said the promo are for spicy hotdogs only, that was not written on the sign. He then had the audacity to yell at me and my kids to get out. Guy appeared to be under the influence, cant even finish complete sentence.

I’m from Florida and every time I come to this 7/11 I have multiple issues. Staff are rude and not willing show you good customer service, systems are always either down or not working and they don’t know why. Everyone I see working has an attitude and doesn’t want to be there and that’s from management to regular associates. This is by far the worst store to go to. Save your time and headaches and go somewhere else. Horrible all around experience and I came back a few times to see if I just had a bad day or just the staff was having a bad day. NOPE!!! They just suck overall.

❌⭕⛔ I know that feedbacks are not important for this business, but I am writing for others to read: I took one of the things I bought from this 7_eleven on June 18 to this branch on June 19 to return it. The cashier at first said that it was opened! Then, when he saw that it was not opened, he said that I will only take the item back immediately after you leave the door, because you bought it yesterday, it cannot be taken back,19 June at 3:30 in the afternoon. I would like to know if the laws of 7 Eleven are different from the laws of California and the whole of united states'?!!!! ?

Went at 2:51 am on a Saturday, it was closed. The owner/employee looked me dead in my face and kept walking around the store. I could see if he had to go to the restroom or needed a few minutes to count cash. But nope just sitting at the register, then walked an aisle. I guess only go during "business hours" which defeats the whole purpose or 7/11 but I don't have time to give my money to a place that doesn't appreciate it. I won't be back.

Very bad service. Two people behind the counter mid day. Both saw me and blatantly ignored me. Walked out of store and came back, still ignored. When they were finally ready to help, they refused me service, without any explanation to the surprise of other people in the store. Didn't want to make a big deal out of it but if you're looking to grab something quick in the area with no fuss. I recommend the liquor store or gas stations.

Honestly 1 star is not even deserved for this location but it was necessary to leave this review. 7/11 as a whole, should really consider shutting this location down. 7/11 is a great franchise with great options all day long and is a true convenience to their consumers however this location craps all over that. Terrible customer service! Disgusting upkeep! No quality! The list goes onnnnnn... don't expect to walk in here and get a hello, and you better not think that they won't roll there eyes at you should you ask for a straw for your drink. All I can say is avoid this place by all means necessary!

AVOID THIS 7/11!! This is my locate 7/11, unfortunately. I come when I have no other options, but I try my best to avoid. First off, most of the time, there are boxes near the drinks, they leave it out there instead of restocking the fridges. Second off, the cashier are very judgemental, but not helpful. They aren't welcoming and aren't afraid of staring you down. Lastly, if your payment is just one card or transaction, they don't help you when paying with multiple options (cash/EBT/card/etc). Please don't come here, there are better 7/11. You are likely to have problems here.
