Terrible doctors office. Went there like 10 times to get some paperwork filled out that they never wanted to fill out and made me feel bad about trying to get them to fill it out. I can't imagine them resolving more complicated issues with ease. My insurance probably hates them for seeing them so much, I'm sure they charged my insurance plenty for the 10 or more visits that concluded to nothing. I called Angie the manager to see if it were possible to have an appointment where the doctors actually did there job and filled out paperwork, explaining to Angie it's clearly the doctors wasting my time at this point and it's not a me problem, she basically said there was nothing she can do to help me and recommended I see another provider. Literally go anywhere else you'll probably end up wasting less time. If they have such mistakes over little things like this (some paperwork) imagine what other mistakes they make. Also if you want a time frame it took these people 1-2 years to explain that they are REFUSING to sign papers for me specifically.

I’d rate this office below ZERO if there was an option. Very unprofessional, extremely careless, and unbelievably insensitive.This office used to be super great when Dr Azami was there himself. Now it’s just an office to collect co-pay! The office is so horrible that I hesitate to go even for my annual check up! They keep making appointments with Dr Azami, and then pass you over to one of the assistants! If only one reason me and my partner were going to this office, was loyalty to the expertise of Dr Azami himself! But not anymore!!! Forget it. They always claim that they don’t know anything about anything!!! They don’t follow up with patient, they don’t make the patient feel safe. Always wrong diagnosis and wrong treatment AND WRONG REFERRAL!Not going back again

"WATCHOUT!"I'm not saying these lightly. I can write 3 full pages, but these are just a few issues:*Druggy street bums line up in his office!*The doctor is always hiding in his room like a scaredy cat and have his assistants see the patients.*Your diagnosis and treatments are horrible. You'll feel worse than before*He is also so scared of, and avoid giving prescription even if patient is in pain and legitimately needs it!*I've personally witnessed multiple times that unhappy patients waiting in his office, just to find out they wanted to get their medical records, in order to switch this doctor*Patients get yelled at and are treated disrespectfully.*This office is dirty, dodgy and weird. The door is always locked. The door has a glass so that they can see who is behind the door to whether or not open it, like a maximum-security prison!*Fake review stars*If you're not happy, don't hesitate to file a complaint. It's easy and fast. Dr. Aazami has been my doctor for years. I am very satisfied with how knowledgeable and professional he is. I have also been cared for by Pauline, the PA and she is very nice and she was able to take care of all my medical needs and providing referrals for me. I highly recommend 101 family medical group.

Honestly they're one of the best medical groups in LA. Dr Aazami is extremely professional and caring and seems to be very knowledgeable on medical matters, answered all my questions and explained my test results to me with patience. He is doing multiple researches on different subjects so he is very updated on everything! That might be why the waiting list is kind of long to see him but the PA is also very amazing and has always taken care of me whenever the Dr wasn't available. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone!!

The staff is horrible. I made an appointment on Sep 2022 for Nov 2022 and when I arrived for my appointment I was told that I have to see the PA and not the Dr. Azami. I told them that I got this appointment 2 months ago and got off from my work but they didn't nothing except apologize.Totally not recommended Dr office.

Between all the best Doctors, Doctor Aazamii is one of the best and educated Doctor that me and my family ever had. We recommend to everyone near and far to visit Doctor. His staff and also his Wife that care about everything. Very professional

I've been coming to see Dr. Aazami for years but recently brought my daughter to see Dr. Aazami and I must say it was the best decision I made. He surpassed my expectations for my daughter & I. His knowledge and kindness goes a long way. Not to mention his staff who were very welcoming & friendly to my daughter. It's hard to find a doctor who actually cares & will take the time to sit down with you & explain everything in detail. I highly recommend Dr. Aazami & his office.

I went in as a new patient this week to get blood work done with Dr. Aazami. After filling out all the new patient files I only waited about 5-10 mins to get called in. Dr. Aazami and the nurses that helped me were very kind and informative, they answered all the questions I had and made me feel comfortable. I got a call back with my results within 2 days and the doctor explained everything to me which I really appreciated because I feel like not all doctors are that thorough with patients when giving them their results back. You could really tell that Dr. Aazami cares about his patients and actually listens to the concerns they have. I 10/10 recommend this place.

The worse doctor ever. Whatever issue you have, he will connect it to your stomach. He absolutely does not care for his patient at all. The amount of the waiting will get you frustrated, office is mess running by Doctor’s wife (of course only persian doctor can do that part). Not the doctor nor his office has respect for any patient. Ones I told him about his office being mess and disrespectful, he lives in his denial just because his is scared of his wifey. Glad move my mom mounts a go from his messed up office. If you ever care about your loved ones you would not leaving Them in his hands and dealing with this messed up office. Not recommending this office and for sure the doctor at all.. will update this forever. This office is dangerous for elderlies.

Great experience with 101 Family Medical Group. Dr. Aazami is a wonderful PCP. He is very knowledgeable, kind and made me feel very welcome in his clinic. His staff was very kind and helpful from the start of my visit until the end. Appreciate Dr. Aazami taking his time to go over my results precisely and explaining everything clearly. I am so glad I chose this clinic and would highly recommend to anyone!

Dr. Aazami and his staff are remarkably competent and attentive. I was visited by Asya (PA) in my last visit. She prescribed a life changing medicine for my chronic TN. I was convinced that I had to live the rest of my life with a crippling pain but, thanks to her knowledge and experience, I got my life back. I'm very grateful to Dr. Aazami, Asya and the management for providing such professional and high quality healthcare service. God bless them all,
