Called the company to see about bringing some coolant and a jump starts. They wanted $400 dollars $200/hr with a 2 hour minimum plus $2.00/mile so around $500+ just to bring some coolant, radiator cap, and jump my truck off. Just because your the only help in the area you shouldn't try and take advantage of people..

My husband requested their services in repairing our tractor. He came out to our property in Potrero, turned around and left. When my husband asked him what was wrong, he sent the following text message: "get one of the local tweakers to do your job." Apparently we're a community of "tweakers" and not worth their time. Click the photo below to see screenshot of full text exchange.

I was camping this weekend with my family. When we were about to leave on Sunday RV wouldn't start. I went back into town, bought a new battery with no luck. I called Good Sam and they gave me TNT's number. I looked them up and the reviews were not very positive. However, after reading the response about one of the reviews, I decided to give them a try. I called on Sunday and left a message. Tonja called me back within just a few minutes. Since it was Sunday, I asked if i could just have them come out the next morning. She said someone would be out at 8AM. They showed up right on time. The technician spent about 45 minutes troubleshooting everything that could possibly prevent the RV from starting. After ruling out all possible faults, he even tried tapping on the starter to try and get it to turn with no luck. He pulled the starter, bench tested it and it was dead. He then went to get the parts and was back in a very reasonable amount of time, installed the starter and it fired right up. After paying for the labor, mileage and for the new starter, the entire bill came to be less than $700. With an older RV like mine I've had to use various mobile RV repair folks from time to time. Your'e in a pinch and the bill seems like its almost always more than $1000. TNT did everything possible to keep the price reasonable and not waste time. I highly recommend!

Called out for a tire replacement. Was not told they have a 3 hour minimum. Was told the call took them 4 hours to complete( they were 15 minutes from the breakdown). When I questioned Tonya about the total, she was insulted that I asked why it was so high.Total for 1 tire was over $1000.00. Will never use them again.

Over a week ago the son of this family owned business backed into me in the disabled parking lot of golden acorn casino while operating a non insured bobcat snow plow. My Van is used 2 transport my disabled son around and can no longer do that because they refuse to fix or pay for damages and have given me 2 different fake policy numbers. Turns out their bobcat wasn't even covered at all. Forcing me to file a lawsuit! My van door window or wheelchair ramp is working so I am unable to safely drive my son around . This family ran business is completely dishonest!
