Don’t go anywhere Else, these are your guys. Super transparent in cost and communication. Consistently checked in with updates about delivery with parts and timeframe. Came out to be a week quicker than they expected. Been to a lot of body shops since people love to hit my parked car. Best body shop I’ve delt with period. Robert is the man and they also washed and did a little detail afterwards. 11/10 experience

I visited Mike and his team for a collision repair on my expedition. I couldn't be happier with a shop. From beginning to end, they provided excellent service, instant communication, and great advice.

This review is long overdue. I *was* the owner of a 2008 Honda Accord that looked pristine all these years only because of the wonderful service I got from Mike, Daniel, Troy and all of the staff at White Oaks Auto Body! My Accord finally succumbed to its age but as I said it was a shock given how wonderful it looked on the outside. I am now driving a new Honda and though I am hoping for the best, driving in the Bay Area is always dicey. It is comforting to know that the best auto body shop in the South Bay has my back when the inevitable battle scars occur!

I gave these guys a call after seeing and reading the 5 star reviews and let me tell you, it was the best call I made.
These guys went above and beyond to make my son's 2024 Toyota Camry look brand new and their attention to detail and customer service puts them in a league of their own.

Rear ended by someone recently, dropped by early in the AM recently without appointment to get an out of pocket estimate, minimal wait, tall gentleman who looked at my car was friendly, helpful, and explained things clearly, including what things under the bumper covers might be damaged that can't be seen initially. Haven't decided on repairs yet so haven't actually gotten my car fixed here yet, but 5 stars based on this interaction alone. I think the guy who helped me was the owner. Sitting in the waiting room the other employees all seemed very friendly and helpful as well.

Unfortunately, I've had the pleasure of having to visit them twice. Troy was my point man both times, and he did his best to communicate everything with me because he knew how much I loved my car. Sadly, the second most recent time my car was brought in, was its last. Insurance called her a total loss and I was devastated. Troy understood how I felt and let me get what I needed from the car at my pace and asked the shop guys to help also. I can't recommend this place enough if you ever need any body work done. They really care.

Had to replace one of back doors and it went as smoothly as I could have expected. Troy is amazing as he is both honest and an expert. He kept in touch with me throughout the process and I got it sooner than the estimated delivery. They also cleaned my car thoroughly.
Appreciate the great service and my car looks as good as new.

I had some damage to my car and White Oaks Auto Body made everything easy to get it repaired. I worked with Robert, who is fantastic! Got a quick, free estimate, and a fair price for the work and parts. Repair was completed along the expected timeline and they even followed up on a minor detail to get it fixed 100% like new. These folks are great to work with and I highly recommend them!
