Stay away, all the 1 star reviews are not wrong. Con's: Cleanliness is questionable, the bathrooms are not great Unrealistic expectations for children who are under 3 years old. To FORCE 2 year olds to be in one place for X period of time is unrealistic. The ability to move around in eye distance should be allowed especially when 4 ft away from the 2 other kids that are in this class. Toddler gym instructor is incredibly inconsistent with her communication, lack of patience, different rules per child. Not to mention the feeling of walking on eggshells when around her and simply overall immature and classless and would NEVER trust her with my child. Management staff - laughable, unprofessional and truly do not care about you and your child. Zero customer service/care. Delusional minded toddler instructor and her direct manager. With the lack of students in toddler classes this speaks volumes about the program and the instructor. Little gym is WAY better, trust me. No make up classes anymore , so if your little is sick, too bad. If there is a holiday on your gym day, too bad. You just eat the cost. Pros: Location Overall: You'll get a free trail class, the toddler instructor will attempt to sway you to join with compliments and intense unauthentic kindness and trying to interact with your child. But trust me, it's an act. Find another place that's more authentic, with capable and real people who care about the business and customers.

I came with my cousin and was upset by how rude one of the instructors were toward some of the parents. Kids are kids and they're having fun and the way the instructors scolded the parents about their kids was sad.

My daughter loves gymnastics and West Valley Gym was first introduction to a proper gymnastics school. Unfortunately, after one year of classes we decided to withdraw her from this school. The main reason was very high churn of instructors especially for beginning classes. The place also felt very crowded as many classes were run in parallel. The coaches (mostly young teens) seemed distracted did not focus on helping kids build skills and mainly asked the kids to do simple floor exercises. I wish I had read the reviews before enrolling my daughter, could have saved some time and money. So many of the bad reviews list the same problems I observed.

Hopefully I get the chance to update this positively. One star for the kind front girl. We were invited to do a trial for toddler session and scheduled it via text. We showed up and we're politely turned away because that person didn't tell them we were coming and there was no coach because that class has no kids right now. Posting this because it seems that the front girl has given this feedback and leadership has not listened so maybe a review will ensure no other momma has to drag her toddler to a trial just to have to go home. Sad because I went here when I was little and I was so excited.

We love the coaches. Coach Kennedy is who really stood out to us and why we signed up. We love her! Great atmosphere and my kids look forward to going to gymnastics every week.

I have a daughter who has been doing gymnastics for a few years now and we recently decided to change her gym for a number of reasons. West Valley Gymnastics was very accommodating at letting us come in and see if they are a good fit for her. The receptionist, I believe her name was Brenda, was very helpful with giving me as much information as possible regarding their class schedules and what they have to offer. My daughter really enjoyed the group class they let her join in on and, the coaches all seemed very friendly.

My only complaint is the parking. Don't show up late to class, parking is always an issue. So far all of the coaches we have had, have been absolutely delightful. My boys look forward to gymnastics all week, and the day of class it's all they talk about. Couldn't be happier with the staff and classes.

West Valley Gymnastics is the place you go to when you dream of joining the gymnastics team at UCLA, or maybe even joining the National Gymnastics team.My daughter has been here for the last year, and her growth is out of this world. Her coach (Coach Madi) has taught her in group classes and individual classes, and I have to say WVGS is a better place because of her. Her dedication to the gymnast, and her drive to help them excel is what makes the experience what it is for us.

There's a huge variation in the quality of their coaching staff.. we were clearly unlucky in the toddler class. Our experience also felt like a bait and switch, because the trial class was with a different instructor and as soon as we paid, the instructor had changed. May not have been intentional - but that's how it worked for us.

Tumble with your tots is a great experience for the little ones and parents. Mackenzie makes the experience even better with giving the young ones some structure but freedom to play and be kids. We tried another similar facility and the space was not as spacious for the kids to explore and the instructors were not as caring, energetic, and fun.

West Valley Gymnastics has professional and friendly instructors that are respectful and engaged with the kids. They also keep the area well ventilated and seem to desinfect hard surfaces regularly.

Very reasonable pricing, and they clean every few mins during the pandemic. Coaches for younger ones are super friendly. They don't provide a lot of challenging drills for under 6 year olds which might be both good and bad.

Dear Brianna 8000 I work for West valley gymnastics and I challenge you to point out where our floors are ripped. We work tirelessly to keep our equipment up to spec and safe. Your review seems more vindictive than a constructive form of criticism. I will also point out we have not been open for the past three months, so a critique of our facilities a month ago is not current with our operating policies as of now. We clean our facilities regularly three to four times a day.
